Super cute and stylish, however, the Tazz platform is quite difficult to walk in and has caused me a great deal of heel and arch pain. They are also not of the same quality they used to be.

This had the top of feet in a choke hold! It is very uncomfortable. I had to return it.

Most uncomfortable shoes I've ever had

I have been buying uggs for the last 15 years and the quality of Ugg now is sooooo cheap. The fur inside the shoes is sooo thin and synthetic feeling. If you want a shoe with fluffy fur like your old uggs, you aren't going to get it here anymore. You are better off getting knockoff brands.

I have owned many UGG boots and slippers in the past and the sizes were true to size. Something seems to have changed and the sizes run small now. I bought 4 pair for family this year and all were too small.

I waited two months to receive these, and they arrived with visible bad sewing Not worth the money in my opinion. The suede is bubbling along the side of only one shoe. Shoes are not uniform at all. One shoe fits smaller than the other one does. This is my second pair and the chestnut color is not where it's at. Disappointed

The toe-bed is extremely narrow, I ordered a size up from usual size and they are still too small. I will be sending these back. They need to come out with a wide or make them wider. This is coming from someone who doesn't have a wide foot. I recommend if you do purchase to size up or try on in the store

Let me start by saying the product itself was perfection: the color, the style, the stitching! However, the reason why I'm giving it only one start is due to the fact that they run small. I'm a true size 6 and I've had every style of UGG shoe imaginable (the boots, the shot boots, slippers, moccasins, etc.,) and they have all been size 6. Didn't think twice about ordering my go-to size until it arrived in the mail. When I say it was snug, it was SNUG! I was hoping with some thick socks would do the trick to make them bigger but silly me, that obviously didn't do anything. I sadly had to return them without the option to exchange for a size up as I couldn't even joining the waitlist. Word on the street is that they may not make them until the winter again. P.S. I know a few girlies that also stated this particular style runs small.

Waited two month's for my shoes was so excited for them to get here paid extra for them to come as fast as they can ordered them in November didn't come until late January. When they arrived, they were perfect fit but too perfect they were right on the rim of my back foot, since they don't have any half sizes, wearing socks with them was impossible, and it rubbed up against the back of my foot constantly if I sized up to a nine versus an eight they will be entirely too big unfortunately I had to return them. It just wasn't worth it. I couldn't wear them the way I wanted too.

It fits very narrow feet and runs small. But the time we received it, it was months later since it was on back order. We tried to exchange but they ran out of the bigger size.

I have purchased many ugg items and have never been disappointed as i have been with these. they are not true to size.. they actually seem smaller than my other ugg products and they are very heavy when walking in thems

The shoes are nice but the back isn't high enough to stay on the back heel. It flops off once you walk and that's uncomfortable. I have the flatter pair which stays on but I'm guessing the weight of the platform is making the shoe into flip flop backs. Too bad I wore them already due to it feeling different in the house compared to going outside. I would definitely get my money back.

i had a pair of ugg boots i bought 20 years ago and loved it. it was made well back then but it finally fell apart so i bought new ones ver xmas and all 3 pairs i bought were made so poorly and so cheap it almost feels fake. so disappointing. can't believe the quality for the price i've paid.

If you don't care about foot comfort then these are the shoes for you. I have to admit, these uggs are super cute, but they hurt. So bad. They are the most painful shoes I have ever worn and I would rather go a day in stilettos than go a day walking in these shoes. I think because they don't really have a back and the platforms are heavy so you're really just relying on the top of your foot to pick up the shoe and it's a lot of strain on it. Seriously, I do NOT recommend wearing this to go out and you're doing a lot of walking.

I ordered WAYY back in November and waited 2 and a half MONTHS for these to come in. It was my Xmas present to myself. They showed up today and I've never been more disappointed. They fit a little tight but the 7 was too big. I couldn't walk in them easily and they don't hold your foot. Can't imagine wearing socks without your foot falling out. Overall just a let down, immediately returning.

I've always had uggs and finally ordered the Tazz. Waited a month since they were on back order only to finally get them and they run at least a full size too small. Now I can't even exchange them because the next size up is not even on back order, it's just completely out of stock when trying to exchange. Will not be ordering anything again.

I have been an UGG supporter before. UGG was even popular. I have purchased so many different styles. My collection is quite high. I almost didn't want to support them after what I had experience this time. I had purchased shoes for Christmas and it took them two months to get here. Didn't even get here in time and my card was charged twice. Also, the quality of UGG has just gone downhill quite a bit. I could literally post a photo of my current UGGs compared to my UGGs six years ago and there is absolutely no comparison. One looks like I purchased from high-end boutique, which was six years ago and the other looks like I purchased from a secondhand store already used. It's just a shame I can no longer support this brand.

I waited so long for these and when I received them, the seam was bunched up and the right shoe looked dented in two places. Customer service was no help and said to reorder when the holidays were over. Like wow, Ugg. Thanks a lot.

I ordered this as a christmas gift, our family gets at least 2-3 pairs of uggs per year. However, lately sizing has been a real issue. these new styles sizing has been so off, we have to go two sizes higher, i hate returning items so this was a huge inconvenience. If you guys dont fix this, we might need to stop shopping.

Have so many pairs of Uggs and these are the lowest quality I've ever see . Absolutely no fur, falls right off your foot, very disappointed in this company.

Never stays on. Cheap quality

First of all I waited a month because they were on back order. When they came the left shoe looked like the suede was rubbed off. I sent in pictures for customer service they said they looked fine and didn't offer anything.

I received these shoes as a gift for my birthday back in January. My parents ordered these in November of last year. I LOVED these shoes and still do however I noticed today that the stitching has started unraveling. I spoke to a representative who agreed this was not my fault and was disappointing but said there was nothing that could be done due to the fact that my shoes were a couple DAYS out of warranty. This is extremely disappointing considering that I did not even begin wearing these until January. We are under a year of wear time! I think that can speak to the quality of these. SO disappointing!

Wanted to love these. I've been wearing uggs for years but something about these they just don't fit right.....

I ordered the eve blue Tazz slippers and received stained shoes with dirt on the toe and heels. It looks as if they have been worn and one shoe is faded/white looking in spots. I contacted Ugg customer support and was told I could send them in for an exchange but couldn't be guaranteed they would be accepted due to their condition. If they are just going to be sent back to me and I be charged for shipping then it is pointless. I have purchased from Ugg for years and never had this problem. I suggest buying in store so you can inspect the product yourself. Very disappointed with this purchase.
