I haven't worn them. Very uncomfortable

The cross was way too tight, and haven't really been able to wear them. If I would have ordered a size larger they would have been too large for my foot. (I have a small foot)

I really wanted to love these. They are very cute to look at but I had return then sadly. When I tried them on and walked down the hallway; I must've only took 10-15 steps and the tops of my feet were hurting and red. The top of these are so stiff I can't go through that pain to break them in. The fuzzy is very deceiving.

Terrible product. I am not sure if I was gifted a defective pair or what, but they fell apart almost immediately after I received them. They fuzz on the soles, near my heel especially, and on the top cross crossed part was falling out in chunks after I put them on. Tiny holes were punctured into the black sides of the shoes which was also very weird. Usually not disappointed when I order from UGG, but these shoes were so bad! A very disappointing Christmas gift :(

I received these slippers quickly, however the slippers are extremely firm and rigid. i could not even slide my foot in them. If I could, they would be very uncomfortable. I returned them today.

I ordered these thinking they would be soft and comfortable, boy was I wrong! These felt like a brick strapped to fur! Ugg definitely missed the mark.

The criss cross has a hard rough band to it that makes it very uncomfortable and actually bruised the feet. I am planning the return them used with a picture of my feet hoping for full refund.

Ran very small and are very hard. After reading other reviews I was concerned that glue would cause sole to separate from shoe. Looks like there is potential for that on these.

I brought the slippers in black. It caused an allergic reaction to my feet. Now I have two red lines that are taking time to heal. However, I do not like the quality of the fur it is rough, not soft. The quality of the brand has decreased. The customer is buying a label that is expensive but has lowered quality.

I bought a size 10they did not fit my wife who is a 9.

I was super excited to get these. I wore them for the first time and they cut the inner side of my feet. I thought I just had to break them in more. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, as I would keep wearing them and every time it would slice the inner side of my feet. I ended up throwing them away.

Hard as a rock. This sugar sole has 0 give, very uncomfortable, so returned.

Terrible quality for the price. Do not expect the same quality as other Ugg products. The slides do not have any give and won't stretch, even with sizing up they were still uncomfortable.

It's too little

I couldn't believe it but they hurt, impossible to walk in.

Bought the size I always buy for every shoe ,sneaker etc these are not comfortable at all.

The inside started falling apart not even a week after getting them. After a month, most of the fur on the heal is gone. Not well made. Also they are a bit narrow.

I thought the bottom of the show was too hard and it was very difficult to keep on. I wish the bottom was a little softener

I wanted to love these and support UGG's decision to use vegan materials! They are beautiful and true to size. THE DOWNFALL: They're ridiculously stiff and uncomfortable. The straps are so rock hard, you cannot walk in them comfortably. Being doubtful that they could relax over time, I chose to return the shoes. Sad!

The shoes are really cute, however I wore them for 15 minutes and now the top of my foot where the straps were is hurting so bad.

So comfort. But I broke my foot when I rolled my foot in the wedge. Not much support

I already upped one size!!!! Still tight on top way to tight!!! And I do not have big or wide feet!!!
