Nice boot, offered for a few years. Boot looks more substantial in the picture, and as substantial as the. Ugg Boots offered a few years a few years ago. Nice enough to keep, and worth the sale price I paid.

The Chelsea is a great looking day to day boot for fall and winter. I wish it had the fleece up on the ankle. It stops right below, which is fine unless you have a permanent injury like mine. (I wish they'd bring the Hendren back). Even my GF said they looked real nice.

These boots are comfortable and easy to get on and off, but I'm disappointed with the leather quality for the price. I have treated them with leather conditioner but the shoes get marked up easily. It's not a top grain leather that takes polish well. Have not used in really cold weather yet.

I have been a loyal customer of UGG brand boots for several years now. I loved how comfortable the boots were and how they kept my feet warm in the cold Wisconsin winter. I just recently realized that my old pair of boots were worn out on the bottoms with no tread left so I purchased these to replace my old pair and the quality has gone downhill from what it used to be. The first problem is sizing doesn't make sense. The top of the boot opening is way too wide. You can just slip your foot into the boot without unzipping it, and then when your foot is inside the boot it is a tight comfortable fit, but super loose on the boot opening so when you walk around, the edges of the top of the boot bang into your ankles instead of hugging them. It is not as comfortable as having a tighter fit up top where the boot opening hugs your ankle tight. I wanted a pair of boots like my last ones where the opening was tight enough to protect cold air from getting inside. These boots are a bit of a let down in that regard. I can't attest to my Wisconsin winter weather yet, but I'm betting this will not suffice when you have 2 feet of snow to walk through. With that huge of an opening on top snow is going to get into the boot. Its a bad design that should not have passed quality control. Second, the insulation (UGG Plush) is not what it used to be. It is now a thinner layer than before. I have worn out the soles in my old boots, but the soles can be fixed with an insert to make them comfy again. There is nothing you can do about the side insulation around the boot though. That needs to be fuller/more plentiful to ensure a tighter fit up top. Bottom line is that I want my old boot to be made again if you are going to skimp on the quality of this line, and I will gladly pay $400 to make it happen. Bring back the old products that were better made and fire your CEO and head of marketing for taking UGG down the wrong path.

These boots are not like the traditional Ugg feel. They are definitely tighter and took a bit of time to break in before they became somewhat comfortable, and the rim or top of the boot digs into my skin. They are very pretty to look at but not the most comfortable to wear.

The boots were nice, fit well true to size. However, they came basically pre-worn. They were scuffed toe to heel, across the leather. They were dirty soled. Returning in hopes of getting a not worn pair. For the money spent, if they aren't in better shape, I just won't be getting a pair and going somewhere else.

I would not buy these again, the finger pulls are not user friendly, and are difficult to use.
Otherwise, the boot is extremely comfortable, warm, and waterproof. Quality is excellent.

Quality of UGGS has fallen over the years and this new purchase reflects that. Size is larger then what I wear and I what I ordered. The width is very wide for a normal width foot. I have to wear heavy socks with these to take up the extra room which is not what I expected. Overall the quality is just not there any more.

Boots are very warm and comfortable but they cut into both my ankle bones and leave cuts if I walk around a lot.

Assuming that the point was to make a blunny style successful boot but warm.
All was looking good but the area above the heel, it is too wide inthe design, preventing the feet to stay put when walking, even worsts going up stairs,
I was really hoping to had found the perfect slip on boot for winter, nope, back to cool Blunny which at least they are staying on.

I took them out of the box tried them on and for some reason the right boot is not only a bit bigger, looser its got spots on them. I didn't notice someone else did the one time I wore them. I wiped them off but you can still see the discoloration in the right boot. Unfortunately I threw the box away when I got them. So obviously unable to return them. Worst purchase ever first and last time buying ugg anything

These were tried next to the Kennen, and the Emmett Chelsea. The area is perfect- plush, comfortable warm. Good arch support, no pressure points, assuming the correct size. Problem- the Upper and and the Collar are very very very wide, as if made for a very extreme fat obese ankle and tibia. Practically, 2 to 3 inches wider than any normal zipper or slip on boot. Consequently, when walking, the boot moves out and back on the tibia, ankle has no tension around and the foot wants to lift, think of it as giant flip flop. As if the designer cared about the footbed but never considered the boots tension needs to keep it stable from ankle up. If comparing this to the Chelsea hilmont, or other brands, you see, instantly, the upper shaft being 2-3 inches wider than Uggs own emmett. For some odd reason both the Kennen and Hilmont Chelsea are not really wearable even if the foot itself fits perfectly.
