We live in the pnw where it rains most of the year instead of rainboots, my kids wear these to school and hiking/mushroom hunting. Great multi purpouse waterproof shoes!

Nine-year-old son wore these while hunting grouse in Montana. These are his comments. Easy to put on, overall comfortable (did not bring any other shoes on this trip so wore them as every day shoes) good protection from spiky plants. Good ankle support.

Merrell seems to be the only shoe company that consistently has wide sizes for kids. My grandson is a toe walker, so his toes are very splayed and he very much needs a wide. I always have success getting shoes from Merrell. These are no exception. Very sturdy, not this stupid mesh that every other manufacturer seems to use. And half sizes too! He'll be able to wear these at camp.

Only Merrell.

My daughter loves these hikers. The purple colour we chose looks great and she finds them very comfortable. Since they're waterproof, they're also great for rainy fall and spring days.

I'm an adult female who purchased these shoes in a children's size 7 (I'm an 8 in Merrell shoes) and these are so perfect and fun too! I do have my own orthotics inserted in the shoes.

Our very active 5-year old needed waterproof shoes for rainy days and he chose these himself. He has wide feet and they fit him perfectly. The design is really great. I only wish there were more color options :)

Bought these for my 10 yo son who has wide feet. He loves them- says they are "super sticky"for fast stoping when running around with friends. I love that they are waterproof and high cut to keep him warm on those cold but not snowy days
