Based on the description I was expecting a lighter bag. It says it's packable in "its own pocket" but I honestly can't figure out how the heck that would work: it's bulky and pretty stiff. Also, the fact that it only offers access from the top (ie, won't partially fold down/open to find things) makes it less practical for my purposes. What is nice is that it has the option of using it as a shoulder bag or backpack. Another feature that is crucial for me is that the interior NOT be all black, so this in white is nice. I will be sending it back for the reasons noted above. Not bad, just not what I interpreted their description to be.

This bag is exactly what I was looking for. A tote bag for work that fits my laptop, a bag that fits in my bike basket, and a bag that could covert to a diaper bag in a pinch. Love the outside pocket, the backpack straps are comfortable, yet tuck away when not in use. It’s just perfect.

This pack was stiffer than I expected, and I didn't like the fact that it has only the one way to put things in/take things out: the narrow zippered opening at the top. I'm used to part of the opening folding over to allow for better access (ie, a U-shaped zipper instead of a straight one). Overall it didn't feel practical so for that price, back it went. Nothing wrong with it, just not practical. Also, it said it folds into its own bag, and I sure didn't see how that could be, since it's stiff! Obviously not a critical thing, but seems like flawed advertising on their label. Or user error. Either way, it wasn't worth it.

I really, really wanted to love this bag. It is made of durable material, the interior is NOT black (a must to avoid the dark hole syndrome that many bags have), and the versatility is amazing. To be able to switch from top-handle tote, to cross-body, and then to backpack is awesome. However, the reason why I ended up returning this is because the crossbody bag strap is incredibly thin. I put my Macbook Air (2015 model, so a bit heavier than what is now sold in stores), a 16 oz water bottle, and a light sweater. The strap already started to dig into my shoulder. I think if you are carrying lighter loads, this bag will be for you. Unfortunately, I'll have to return it. I ended up getting the BAGGU nylon crescent (large size), which has a wider strap that is more comfortable when carrying heavier loads.

Love this bag for traveling! Plenty big with plenty of pockets and zippered sections. The color is beautiful!

A little more subtle an orange. But it’s a well constructed back pack. I kept the green color instead.

I love the golden yellow color of this totepack for fall with its dark green straps and details. It is unique from all of my other bags because of its multiple wearing options and so many pockets. I can’t wait to take it hiking or wear on many adventures.

Like the brand, size, and features. I've purchased several small styles in the past and decided to size up. This style has all the essentials I need in an everyday tote. Also love the ?.

The size of this bag is perfect along with the crossbody strap BUT the backpack shoulder padding doesn't go as far as I need it to so it rubs into my arm pits. I know the intent is to be able to buckle the backpack straps when not in use, so it makes the padding shorter but I really really really wished the padding was longer instead. It makes it uncomfortable to wear unfortunately. I've had this bag for over a year and keep using it, forgetting about the padding issue, and putting it away again. I just can't get past it. I want to love it, I just can't.

I love these pants! They are very high quality. Pockets are well-placed and easily accessible. The fit is perfect and exactly what I expected. I truly want to wear nothing but Fjallraven pants from now on!

Bought this as my travel day pack for city and light hiking days and loved it! The straps are versatile, it's light, and has the right pockets in the right places.

I was looking for a bag for going around the city with my 7 year old. I had specific reqs: lightweight, convertible tote which could be carried over shoulder or cross body, zipper, hood two water bottles on outside of bag, pockets for storing small items, and water resistant. It was hard to find, strangely. This bag is exactly what I wanted. Love the color options but went with the green which is great. Fits everything I need for playground, museum, or other adventures.

I bought this bag for bike commuting and its been working great! Fits my laptop and iPad as well as cable organizer, headphones, notebook and pen pouch. I keep a water bottle in one side pocket and a small tire pump and glasses case on the other. I keep a couple small makeup bags and a shopping bag in the outside zipper pocket. I slide it into a pannier almost all the days and mostly use it as a tote. Converting it to a backpack is good when I need to put something else in my pannier, although I think the backpack mode is not the greatest for longer periods of time.

Perfect bag. Lightweight, functional, versatile, resilient and practical. Have many, many bags but this one has become my daily bag. Hand straps, shoulder strap [which I took to cobbler to shorten] and backstraps. Good number of pockets including side pockets for water bottles etc. Note: The Dopper water bottles are a perfect fit. Holds everything. Love the quality, fabric and workmanship. Have cooler, prettier bags but this one has won out every day for 2 years since I purchased it. Super love. It is pretty water resilient. Unless you are in a serious downpour, it's alright! Daily biker.

I bought this bag for my commute and its perfect. Very lightweight and is water resistant when walking in the rain.

Perfect for everyday use, travel use, backpack use. I am a teacher and use this every single day. I spill on it constantly and just throw it in the washing machine. It comes out looking brand new! It is light weight but so substantial. I wear it one shoulder, with the strap, or both shoulders. Absolutely five star back pack!!

I bought this in July 2022 for a backpacking trip in the Balkans. It is the perfect travel purse / backpack. I love that you can carry it as a backpack or purse - this is very handy in museums that don't allow backpacks to be worn. It has plenty of space for a small tablet, extra jacket, water bottle, and essentials. It perfectly complements my High Coast belt bag. This backpack has been all over the world with me now. I love how light-weight and packable it is.

Perfect for the basics, good for coffee shop trips with a laptop and a book or two. The blue is strikingly pretty. And I love the versatility of a sling vs backpack.

If only the Navy color had a contrasting strap color, such as orange, like the green does, this would be the perfect bag! I really wanted the Navy but bought the olive green because I love the contrasting strap color. I cant tell if the cross body strap is removable because, if it was, Id buy the Navy and switch it out with the strap from my green one. Please make a contrasting strap color on the Navy bag, Fjallraven!

I bought this around 2021 (620-green) and love it! Got it for work bc I like the top opening to pull stuff out quickly. The material in the front small pocket looks like its wearing thin. Slight fraying at the top opening material. But at least zero tears anywhere. Seams and zippers are in great condition. I literally use it everyday bc of work. Overall, great bag and would definitely buy again if needed.

It was fine for the job due to the versatility of the backpack switch to handheld, and back again. But a little expensive for the quality.
