Much smaller than all other previously purchased New Balance sneakers in the same size and width.

I really wanted to like these shoes. The color and style are exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the back of the shoe curved up and dug into my ankle. Also, the workmanship was not acceptable. There was a raw edge, a lack of piping, in one section near the laces that will fray upon use. I was very disappointed that the tongue was not wide enough at the top so the laces rubbed against my socks. This is clearly a design oversight for wider widths. I have this problem with some others but the gap here was too wide for me to consider keeping this beautiful shoe.

i have fairly hard feet to fit - most athletic shoes are too tight around the toes - these fit well and provide the arch support i need. a very good buy

Amazing. The last pair of New Balance shoes I ordered had such a narrow toe base I was dissatisfied and sent them back. Fortunately I decided to try again and these shoes are perfect for my very wide feet. Bunion operations do wonders the the comfort of one’s feet but finding shoes that fit can be a challenge. These New Balance shoes are almost a perfect fit.

this is my second pair of 680s. fit is not as comfortable as prior shoe. width is not adequate for my 4E foot. what shoe do you suggest??

This is a great shoe but is literally a full size smaller than other new balance shoes I own. Order up one size!

My foot was noticeably wider than the shoe when standing up. I could feel the inside edge of the foam insert on the bottom of my foot. The length was true to size. The arch support felt relatively good, with a proper fitting width it might be great. My last handful of shoes have all been New Balance size 9 width 4E. This is the second NB 9 4E I've tried recently and both were too narrow. Returned for a refund.

10.5 4E fit accurately. However, the height of the toe box was too shallow for me due to shape of the front area. My old M450NV3 had more height in the toe.

Toe.box too tight

This shoe fits really good and is a good tight fit. Also I use my own arch supports from my doctor, and it works fine.

Very comfortable, wore right out of the box and went for a short run. No blisters, my feet felt well cushioned and just roomy enough through the toe box. I will buy this style again in the future.

I just got into jogging, and needed new, good running shoe, so I thought I would give New Balance another try. Overall, I am happy with them Very comfortable as I jog on pavement. I have just two minor critiques. First, I have had the shoes for a little over a week now, and it is still a little tough to get my feet inside them. The problem is in the back, heel support. I even loosen up the laces to give me some wiggle room, but that only helps a little. Second, the shoe laces come up a little short. I am just barely able to make them into a double know. Otherwise all is good. I would probably buys these shoes again.

Runs short and narrow. Especially through toe box. Loved them. Tried a larger size. Still too narrow.

The toe box is much smaller than I thought, also, I would suggest buying a half a size larger.

Tried two different lengths. Both had a toe box that is way too narrow.

Nice looking shoes, but my husband couldn't get his feet into them. They are marked with the correct size and width, but are definitely smaller shoes. Surprising issue for this brand; normally NB products are right on, fit-wise.
