I was so excited to discover Salt Water Sandal started offering the thicker sole in women’s sizes. When I opened the box I was concerned they’d be too small. They fit perfectly! I bought the women’s size 8 (girls size 6). I have a sold medium to slightly wide foot. They are very light weight and comfortable right out of the box. No break in period. White is exactly the white you’d expect. I feel these have a wider footbed than other Salt Water Sandals.

These are comfortable for my bunion prone feet and much prettier than web strapped sandals, providing secure footing for walking. The leather is soft. After purchasing one pair for the beach bought another for closer to home.

I love these sandals so much! By far the best sandals I've bought in my life. The first day I got them I wore them on an hour long walk and my feet felt fine afterwards, and I had no blisters. I've also worn them in the water multiple times and they look as good as new. Until now I've always avoided sandals because they hurt my feet and aren't good for walking but these shoes are good for everything. I love that I can wear them with any outfit and for pretty much any occasion. Absolutely the best sandals!

I bought these for my 7-year-old daughter who already wears Women's size 5 shoes due to their adjustable buckles and use of real leather. These sandals exceeded my expectations, as the footbed was a bit wider than anticipated (in a good way) and the sandals were perfectly adjustable to her wider-sized feet. The sandals were comfortable on her from the first wear, and they look great with her dresses and shorts. I will be buying more in additional colors.

I had no idea the thicker sole option came in adult sizes until now! I've had a pair of these with the thinner soles for many, many years. They used to be comfortable, but after two kids and several years, my feet/legs/entire body just need more support. The soles on those are so flat and hard and thin. These thicker soled ones feel like I'm walking on air in comparison! I am so happy I ordered them to try because they are crazy comfortable right out of the box. I'm a women's size 8, so I ordered the size 6 girls and they fit perfectly. If you are an 8 but kinda closer to an 8.5, I'd maybe size up. If these were even a smidge smaller lengthwise, I'd have tried a size up myself, but seeing as they only come in whole sizes I think that it would be too much. There is not really an actual arch support in these, but the soles themselves are so supportive and cushioned by the thick rubber that it somehow still feels like it helps. Bonus (or not, depending on how you feel about this haha): my 5 year old loves that we now have the same sandals.

Love the traditional look of the salt water sandal, this updated adjustable version with the lifted cushion sole makes for an even better feel! Can’t go wrong with this sandal. I did size up as I feel it runs a little small, but I didn’t notice a huge difference in sizing.

Amazing shoe. I love that they are cute, cushioned, and can get wet. We walked all over Italy in these shoes for 2 weeks. No complaints from anyone.

Best sandals Ive ever had.

I already have these in the neutral brown color but could not stop thinking about the red ones. I am over the moon happy I finally got them! This version of the classics is SO comfortable with the extra thick sole. I wore them at the Alameda antique market with a cute sundress and got compliments at every turn, and even after a full day of walking my feet felt fantastic! I am so happy I found out this brand had added a little more cushion to their original sandal - perfect for gals who want cute with our comfort.

I waited a few weeks to write a review for these Salt Water sandals. I had the original version in my younger days, but as the years have added up I need more from my shoes. I can honestly say I love them and with out hesitation would recommend! They are super comfy for walking in, pack easily, and are super cute in that classic retro way!

Super comfortable. Fully adjustable

I love these shoes. They’re attractive and sturdy and held up to a whole summer of outings with my three kids.

I'd size down in these shoes. I've been wearing the flat-soled version for years and it's nice to get a bit of sole comfort with these new ones. The leather is a little stiff at first but I know from experience that it will get nice and soft in not too much time. These sandals are beautiful and, for what they are (not sport sandals like Chacos where the whole point is to be able to hike and be active in them), very comfortable. I love them.

Adorable shoe. I had ordered these shoes for my kids previously, and they do really well with them. I loved the red color and decided to get them for myself. I ended up wearing them around Europe for a week with no blisters or pain. They looked really cute with most of my outfits, thankfully. My feet were of course tired after walking 5+ miles a day, but the comfort of the shoe was perfect. I was a little worried because my feet are pretty narrow, but the adjustments on both buckles were perfect.

Love these sandals. I have wide feet and these work perfectly. In addition I love how the company now makes ones with a softer sole. Compliments from several people!

Great sandals, comfortable right out of the box. I like that they are adjustable and have some support. I wouldn’t wear these walking for many miles but they’re great for errands and shorter walks. I’m a true 9.5 with somewhat flat feet and the big kid size 8 is perfect. I’ll probably grab the rose gold soon!

Perfect as always - the thicker sole makes a huge difference in how it feels. Buy them snug - as soon as they get wet, they will form to your feet and be perfect.

Pretty shoes that fit well and are comfortable

Classic style for girls. My 2 have grown up in these, and my tween still loves them. Cute. Versatile. What more can you ask for?

These were a smaller "8" than my other sandals, but the next size up was a little too big. Nonetheless, they are very comfortable. Definitely keepers!

salt water sandals are my daughters favorite summer time shoes. they are the Cadillac of sandals. she wears them most days and at the end of the season they still look great. this red pair is a big favorite of ours! so cute! so comfortable!
