I was so excited to get the Omni 20s. I have been wearing Omni for years. The 20s are a completely different design. They are too narrow and the toe box is too small. The shoe didn’t fit at all. Sizing up won’t help me due to the very narrow design compared to previous Omni versions.

Seems to run small. I like the cushioning and style and will order a size up with the hope that it fits.

The toe box is smaller than I expected and the shoe is tight across the top of the foot.

My podiatrist recommended a "motion control" shoe as I pronate (arch collapsing) so severely that I was having trouble dorsi flexing my big toe. This shoe helped tremendously! I no longer have pain in my big toe! Thanks Saucony.

This shoe is true to size, and very comfortable. Removable insole a plus as my podiatrist will pad behind balls of my feet under insole. Nice cushion on insole. This will be my walking shoe.

I was so excited to discover that Saucony had finally brought back the Omni, but the Omni 20 model is a huge disappointment. They look great but the toe box is too narrow. I am a 6 1/2 medium and with my orthotic for over-pronation, I tried a 7 and a 7 1/2. Going up in size did not help. The last comfortable Omni was the 15, so sadly, after 20+ years of loyalty, I must give up on Saucony and find another brand that offers a wide toe box with narrow heel.

I have been only wearing Saucony for several years now. I have worn these about 6 times now three times running and three times boxing and the rubber is peeling off the bottom. I am very disappointed after spending this much of these shoes.

Be aware that the toe cage has been narrowed on this model. The rest of the shoe is the same Omni Grid, but the upper part of the shoe, covering the span across the width of the toes, is narrower than previous models. If I could have ordered an Omni 19 I would have.

I have worn Saucony exclusively since I started running about 35 years ago. I don't like the Omni 20 so far because my heel slips and the shoe is a bit too wide overall. I wear a zero cushion Smartwool running sock with the Omnis I'm replacing and with my current (now discontinued) Hurricane. I'll try a thicker Smartwool sock but I don't like the new fit.

Less supportive for over pronation than the Omni 19. The tongue is very short making it hard to pull on. The laces are of a spongy elastic which feels cheap. I am a nurse anesthetist and am on my feet a lot plus workouts and general daily use so support and comfort are paramount for me. My custom orthotics fit well inside the shoe. Bring back the 19 please.

I have to have a wide size due to bunion surgery. No way did these fit like the "wides" they were supposed to be. Also, the soles of my feet burned when I stood in these for several minutes.

I'm not sure about these yet. I've been a loyal Saucony fan for decades, but it might be the time to try another brand. As others have said, the toe box is narrower than it used to be. The wider toebox and narrow heel were what sold me on Sauconys to begin with. I've only worn them once so far, but if they continue to cause some discomfort across the big toe, I'll have to send them back. And no, a larger size wouldn't work as they would be too long and floppy in the heel. Disappointed to say the least.

I absolutely used to love the Omni 19 version. It helped with my arches and prevented pain when running. However, after running/walking about 50 miles in the new Omni 20 version, I can safely say these do not work as well at the Omni 19. My ankles almost immediately start to hurt when I run with them, and that never happened when I used my past 3 pairs of Omni 19. It's very sad. I'm unhappy with my purchase and can't find any Omni 19 ones online to use again. I'm going to have to search for a different pair of running sneakers for good arch support because the Omni 20 version has underdelivered.

Wide shoes are really no longer wide. Not wide and very narrow toe box. Had to send back.

I've been wearing only Saucony shoes since 2005. Can't wear the cute women's shoes due to bad foot and sciatia. My last pair are still comfortable but needed an extra pair. I ordered the Omni 20 which arrived quickly. The first thing I noticed was the paper thin cardboard shoe liner. Although the shoe fits it rubs in the heel, my pinkie toes and on top of my foot where the shoe ties. I've worn them in the house for several hours a couple of days now. They are the most uncomfortable shoes & I'm now having pain in my foot. I know I should have gone to a store to try on shoes but I live 1 1/2 hours from civilazation. I'm so disappointed because Saucony has always been my brand!

I'm not certain what all manufacturers are doing these days - meaning they are ALL making their shoes narrower. "Wide" is not longer "wide". I used to use Saucony many years ago because their shoes where actually "wide" and fit my wide forefoot really well. In the past recent years, I switched to Brooks which fit really well, but in 2021 they narrowed their forefoot by 1/4" and would no longer fit my feet comfortably. I thought I would try Saucony once again in the "wide" version, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The forefoot felt okay, but this shoe was narrow over the arch area. When I tied the laces to keep my heel from slipping, my circulation was compromised and my feet felt numb. As for the cushioning, it was amazing and the shoe was well padded. The look and style of the shoe was pleasing to the eye. I wish manufacturers would get the message that not all feet are narrow and bring back a true "wide" to their shoes.

I really liked the wider toe box in Omni 20. However, I ordered a pair (black/white) two weeks ago and the toe box is just like the Omni 19. It seems like cheaper material. I've ran in Saucony for 20 years and never had this inconsistency in the same style!!! Saucony what are you doing???

I have worn the Omni 18s and 19s as my go to running and walking shoes but am really disappointed with the 20. One of the nice things about the older versions is the width - I have a wider foot and they accommodated them well. This is a redesigned version that is much narrower, I compared with my 19s and it's least a 1/2 inch narrower in the widest part of the shoe. No thanks, sending these back. Very disappointed. Agree with the previous reviewer about the new cut. It's like a totally different shoe.
