One of the most stable spikes I have had in my running career. They also work in the steeplechase. If you need a flat for an indoor track and your spikes aren't flats these work just as great for a race or two.

My son loves Kilkenny spikes, this is his 3rd or 4th pair for cross country and it's the only kind he asks for.

Bought it for my son who's a first year XC runner. He like it a lot. I like the color and design. Very light weight, and easy to wash/clean afterwards. He's a smaller built compared to his peers, wears 8.5 in regular running shoes, and for this one, size 8 fit him perfect.

My daughter is a freshman in high school and runs relays and long jump and triple jump. She loves these shoes. She's had Nike and others but she said these are the most comfortable of all. Saucony is a great brand one pair lasted my other daughter three years in high school.

These are the most comfortable XC spikes! They are a fantastic value for the money.

I purchased these in Fall 2021 and used them for track workouts, some XC races and a one mile race on the track. I need to lace them tightly, but they are comfortable and have plenty of cushioning. The only thing I don't like is the low heel counter which makes them feel like they might come off. But they've stayed on, so it's all good.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and they fit just how I like them. There light weight and comfortable.

It's decent enough that it would work well for training and I would not suggest racing in them.

I have wide feet with high arches. I bought these and ran one track race(3k) and one xc race(6k). Track didn't seem bad but the spike is narrow. The cross country race I thought I was going to lose them off my feet. Ankles didn't not feel secured.

I'm sorry to say that the shoes were way too narrow. They were for my son who is in high school and is a runner but he couldn't even put his foot in the shoe.
