I bought these boots in November and they have become my favourite boot! This boot is lined with wool, which keeps my toes happy and protected from the colder weather! This boot is perfect for jeans as well as using for an outside boot to get to the office (which only happens twice a week right now, stupid COVID). I love them and would recommend them to even my best enemy:)

Great boots, Looks cool when you tuck you jeans inside them. Cozy and warm but not too warm that you can’t wear them inside. Soft all over!!

I ordered one (European) size up after reading other reviews about the width; that M is a little narrower than usual, but it still wasn’t wide enough. The boots felt soft, flexible, warm and lightweight. Style is up-to-date, BUT Wide width is not available. They don’t make this boot in Wide width, unfortunately.

Very well made! Very attractive! They are also very slim, narrow, and have an extremely thin sole. I bought these for fall/winter. As much as I like them, they won't work out for this season. 1. Thin to no socks. Can't fit a standard sock. Maybe they would stretch out some if I kept them 2. Again, very very thin sole. No cushion 3. My foot would freeze right through the ground. 4. I was hoping for something a little bit more High-topish. But these were very petite and looked more like a pair of slim keds met with sneaker height. These would be perfect for a spring tennis shoe. Very cute! Unfortunately I have to send them back. After looking at other Clouds, none of them have a sole thick enough for cold cold weather

I was looking for a Euro edgy style alternative to the big and floppy look of most cozy boots out there without sacrificing warmth and comfort. Cloud fits my criteria! The sole is a bit thinner so perfect for West coast fall and winters without snow. I prefer to wear wool socks with my boots and wirh the wool lining they are VERY warm and comfortable. I chose one size bigger after reading reviews, from a 39 to a 40 (8-8 1/2 to a 9) and that worked. Very happy!

Bought these in size 38 (a size up from my normal, based on the recommendation). With an insole they were still a little big so I exchanged for a 37, my normal size. The size was right and the sheepskin lining was great but the sole was way too thin. An additional insole didn’t help enough to offer the support I like. The right boot also rubbed against my ankle. Had to return them. Too bad because I really liked the look of these boots, the soft leather and the rubber outsole. My hunt for a cozy winter boot continues.

I bought these boots over a year ago but they still look good and still keep my feet nice and warm. Living in San Francisco, it's not something I wear a lot but its been a cold wet winter so they have been getting a work out!

Love these so much. They seem narrow which is perfect for me as my feet are very narrow. I would buy again for sure.

I love these shoes! They’re super comfortable and I’ve already gotten compliments on them. I didn’t heed the warnings to go a size up and I ended up having to exchange for a larger size. The next size up was perfect!

These boots are a bit narrow. My feet are fairly narrow and the boots fit perfectly.

I'm usually a 39... ordered a 40 based on other reviews. Either the shoe is mismarked or runs incredibly small. Could barely get my foot in. The pair that was sent was also an obvious return as it wasn't shipped in a zappos branded bag or box and all of the shoe cardboard insert was just packed in the box with some other misc stuffing. Not close to the usual standards of zappos.

Cute shoes, and comfortable if you don't have any foot issues. I do so they are going back.

THEY LOOKED REALLY COMFORTABLE IN THE PICTURE, BUT THERE IS ZERO ARCH SUPPORT AND THE SOLE ISN'T WELL PADDED AT ALL.
