I got the Brooks Ghost 14 in size 10, medium width and after about a week of wearing them, I love them. Admittedly, I have been wearing Brooks Ghost since at least version 10 and I continue to purchase them. The new Brooks Ghost 14 is very similar to the previous versions of the Ghost. The shoes are lightweight but have good support. I was pleased to feel that the toe box on the Ghost 14 was a great fit for my wider feet. My previous purchase of the Ghost 12 and Ghost 13, the medium toe box was a tighter fit and did not feel as comfortable as previous versions but Brooks appears to have corrected that issue in their Ghost 14. The other change that I noticed was that the laces for the Ghost 14 are now flat instead of round. I find this makes the laces a little more slippery and harder to keep tied; however, this is mostly a cosmetic issue and does not take away much from the shoe itself.

I switched to Ghost 11 when Asics went downhill for me. The 11’s, for me, were the best model — more cushion in the sole and they seemed to last a couple months longer than the others. The 12’s didn’t work for me. Had some luck with the 13’s. Definitely not lucky with the new 14’s — they seem slightly longer than the 13’s but not enough to order a 1/2 size down. Toe box also seems narrower with a firmer sole compared to the 13’s. I tried a new shoe of 13 and 14 on each foot to compare — looks like the trend of having luck every other year continues and I’ll be stocking up on the 13s. The 14’s still accommodated my custom orthotics well, though!

Within the last couple of years I have started running, and ran two half marathons in Brooks. The Brooks Ghost 14’s are comfortable for running, but also look cute with shorts and a tank. I love them! When I was little I was in a bad accident and had my right foot completely reconstructed so I really need good supporting shoes. I did a couple runs with the Ghost 14’s, and they had great support.

I absolutely love the Brooks Ghost 14s! They were comfortable right out of the box and did not need to be broken in. They have great arch support but still provide good cushioning and overall support so they are perfect to wear all day. They have adequate room in the toe box, and I do not have any trouble with the heels slipping. I do like the look of the Ghost 13s better, however. Brooks are the most comfortable athletic shoe I've worn so far. I currently do not recommend any other shoe over these for great arch support and overall comfort and support.

Great fit and cushioning, a Neutral work of excellence. I've been anxiously awaiting the GHOST 14. The 13's didn't work for me and my 12's are sooo tired.

Wow!! I was nervous about this purchase because I have the worst feet. Bunions, plantar fasciitis, etc. and even with all that, I’ve decided to train for a marathon. Crazy, I know. I’ve been a Hoka fan for some time, but I’ve always heard Brooks Ghost is supposed to be great for bad feet like mine. I am so glad I took the leap- right out of the box, they felt amazing! I’ve put a good amount of miles on them in the last week and it feels like I’m running on clouds. Super happy with my purchase! And it doesn’t hurt that they are the cutest running shoes I’ve ever worn!

Brooks are my go to for long distance running or walking. I have a neutral stride and feel they still give plenty of arch support. I have tried different styles of brooks and Nike but ghost seems to last and breath better than others. I wish they had cuter designs and colors, however I really don’t care while running a marathon what my shoes look like just what they feel like! I’ve been wearing Brooks ghost since 2014. Every year they make changes. Ghost 14 feels like 12. I was not a fan of 13-not enough cushion. I wear a 7 in sandals, 7 1/2 in Nikes, And find size 8 works best for me and Brooks. When not marathon training I run 10–12 miles a week, my brooks last about 450 miles. Happy running friends!!

Fit well, supportive and felt that the sole of the shoes 'cushioned' my steps.

I love these shoes!! I usually have to get wide and didn’t have to with these. They fit like a charm. I am on my feet all day at work & my feet never hurt. Will buy this type of shoe again!

I ordered a 9M in the Ghost 14 which is what I usually order in Brooks shoes. These arrived early, as always, and my big toes hit the end in both shoes. Loved the cushioning and color so will be ordering a 91/2M to see how those work. Thanks Zappos for the always speedy service and the return process made easy.

Usual size 7.5C so in Nike I order 7.5 or 8. In ghost 13 empower her I was 8B so I ordered 8B here. Perfect fit. No break in period. Toe box, mid part of shoe and heel were all excellent fit. Zappos also shows true colors. If you look on brooks website their color is much more bright fuschia.

I have nothing negative to say about these shoes! The fit is perfect they are extremely comfortable and have great toe room. I am in the nursing field and these have been great as far as support goes and not making my feet hurt!

This is my first pair of Brooks shoes and I already think I’m hooked! I have one foot that is a 7 1/2 and one that is an 8 and I am a walker. I ordered the 8 M and it fit perfectly right out of the box! The Ghost 14 is so comfortable and light. There feels like there is extra padding on the ball of the foot and the whole shoe has a lot of cushion. I love the black and white heal and the overall style. I highly recommend these shoes!

i have been wearing Brooks Ghost sjoes since the Ghost 5. I have bought a pair every year. the Ghost 7 and the 10 are my favorites. I just do not understand why they have to change up a good thing. Every year there is some thing different. WHen i wore the Ghost 7-9 i needed a size 9. Now every year i need a 9.5 and the year of the 11 i needed a wide. It makes it hard to buy when they change things up every time. Earlier this year is was frustrated with all these changes so i ordered 10 different shoes in different brands. HOKA, Saucony, many styles of Brooks and of course the Brooks Ghost. After walking in all of them i ended up with the Ghost 14. I have troublesome feet and interestingly enough it is the Ghost that wins out every time!!

They fit very true to size. They are unbelievably comfortable right out of the box. They are also surprisingly supportive, have great traction and are very stylish with many options in the coolest colors. We workout 2 hours a day 6 days a week and were pleasantly surprised at the functionality of the ghost 14s, They feel like there is a built in shock absorber in the shoe. We liked the gripping of the shoe on the leg machines and the softness but support on the heel strikes on the treadmill. The Ghosts 14 are the most comfortable and supportive yet by far.

Upgraded update!!! I have worn Ghost’s for a while now. I liked the 12 but did not love the 13; the toe box seemed to squeeze my feet, which are not wide. The 14 feels more like the 12 but better. The toe box is wider, and I love the laces/lacing: the laces are flat and somewhat stretchy, which I prefer over the rounded laces they did have. They hug the foot nicely around the midfoot and give you plenty of room. You won’t be sorry with this one!

I did a lot of research since my podiatrist told me I had high arches. Every list that came up had a pair of Brooks on it. Not every Brooks shoe is the same either. I finally settled on Ghost 14. I have not ever felt a shoe support me quite like these. So far these seem to be wonderful shoes. well made and comfortable.

Brooks never disappoint I always buy Ghosts I have to have an arch These are awesome right out of the box Love Zappos !!!!!

The Ghost 14 seems much better than the Ghost 13. The Ghost 14 has more room in the toe box and is very cushiony.

I have been an avid Brooks wearer for years with Ghost being my favorite. The Ghost 14 definitely didn't disappoint! They are true to size with great support and are extremely light weight and breathable. I would highly recommend this shoe! 5 stars!!

I am a Critical Care Paramedic and need black shoes, with that being said, I like to wear tennis shoes in the summer months. Theses Brooks are perfect for long days on my feet. I would buy these over and over again!

11 degrees with windchill and 6 inches of snow. Still, the shoes marched proudly in Pittsburgh’s Saint a Patrick’s day parade. Crowd loved them!
