I returned them. Long time wearer of Brooks Addiction, Adreneline and Ariel. Toe boxes have been reduced, more shallow, tighter on Addiction and Adreneline. I bought 3 pair of the Ariel 18. They were like walking on a cloud. Soft and supportive. The newest model Ariel 20 - the sole material is harder and cushioning has been reduced under the front foot pad. The material also felt scratchy. For the adrenelines the laces also wouldn't stay tied. After 10 years a Brooks customer, they all went back.

I wear full length orthotics and the sneaker is deep enough to accommodate them.

I wear a 10.5 shoe size. This is very challenging to find in store or online. This is why I love Zappos and Brooks shoes as they carry my size. My feet tend to be on the narrow side. I usually wear medium size, but buy shoes brand than run on the narrow side. This shoe is definitely a medium to wide width. Since I wear an orthotic insert I needed the extra room. Excellent arch support and stability. I had metatarsalgia for a long time (ball of foot pain) due to big toe having a bunion and tilting to right side. I had an austin bunionectomy 4 years ago to correct it. My foot feel great now! My podiatrist recommends this shoe because it doesn't bend easy and has great stability (bending is good stability). It's hard to find a good walking shoe that doesn't look huge on my 10.5 size feet. This one does the trick. Love it!!

The fit is wonderful but most of all, you finally came out with some new colors for us ladies that wear Narrows. Thanks so much!

Very comfortable to wear all day. I'm a nurse that works 12 hour shifts. My feet do not hurt in these.

Not the same fit as far as width for sure compared to other pairs of different color ordered before. Will return.

They are very comfortable. But after 10 months, the fabric at the upper inside heel of BOTH shoes has worn through on both shoes. This is very disappointing, especially for a shoe this pricey!

I bought these because I was told that they have the same thick cushioned insole as the Ariel 18. It is not the same at all. The shoe is not comfortable at all, sole of the shoe feel hard and no arch support. I will add a picture of a insole from a used pair of Ariel 18 that I bought and the flimsy one from the Addiction GTS 15. The insole from the Ariel has a blue additional layer of foam that seems to make the insole firm and very comfortable (Btw the well used Ariel 18 are way more comfortable than these brand new Addiction shoes.) I think in general Brooks quality is going downhill.

I have worn Brooks Addiction for many years. Have tried other Brook styles but always returned to Addiction as I pronate and have a problem with plantar fasciitis. Addiction has always been my go-to shoe. That is until this year and this shoe. The toe box feels like it has been reduced and I cannot set my heel in the heelbox due to the the heel rim being over stuffed with padding and that reduces the toe box as well because my foot is forced forward and very uncomfortable. Padding is necessary but this is extremely hard and so it large prevents my foot from fitting into the heal cup of my orthotics. I normally wear a size 7-1/2 but go up a size to 8 due to the orthotics. Regretfully, for now, I am saying goodbye to Brooks.

I ordered size 11W these are not size 11. Width was ok but overall sneaker runs tight. These are more like size 10. Too tight and too narow.

Too tight in midfoot and the shoes have no depth. My heel keeps slipping out because the shoes are so shallow. The padding around the ankle is so thick and hard it actually hurts my tendons. I had hoped these would work but have to send them back. They're painful!

I wear a 7.5 Narrow - but do have bunions, so always need to stretch the forefoot. For nearly a year, these have been my absolute favorite walking shoe. Now, 9 months later, I have worn holes in the lining of the heel that cannot be replaced. The rest of the shoe is fabulous! Any possibility I can get a replacement? I highly recommend them for comfort if you have knee problems (I had torn meniscus) or generally problem feet (I do not have plantar fasciitis) or if you need a stiff, very supportive shoe, like I do. I wear these with a custom orthotic.

TOO SHALLOW and PAINFUL, HARD PADDING around ankle that presses on tendon. IT HURTS! And heel comes out of shoe it is so shallow.

I have a wide, very wide, foot. Brooks is some of the only athletic shoes I can wear that are truly comfortable. I love these so much I'll buy them again (and again) as long as they make them.

Awesome shoe ! I work in a hospital and at the end of the night my feet, legs and back are pain FREE !! The style is a little clunky and plain, compared to other Brooks shoes, but they feel great. I'd rather have comfort than style. They're cute enough....worth the money. I will order other colors. I ordered these because they were recommended by podiatrist website. I don't think I will ever buy another shoe that isn't on the APMA recommended shoe list. My feet haven't felt this good after working a shift in years....

I have been wearing Addictions for years. However, I noticed in my last two pairs, the shoes develop holes in the ankle area after use. The first time this happened, holes developed in the interior ankle area after a week of wear. Brooks replaced the shoes as defective. This time, I purchased my new pair in Feb. 2022, and by May 2022, there are holes at the back ankle area on both shoes. I wear the shoes every day for walking, and walk about 4 miles a day. I though that they would wear better.

The toe box is too narrow

I have been wearing Brooks Addiction for years. There are a great walking shoe, and accommodate my orthodics. However, with each pair I buy, the quality of the shoe gets worse. After approximately a month or two of wear, the material that forms the back shoe by the ankle, falls apart. I bought my shoes on Feb. 4, and as of June/July, the material has completely disintegrated and the the stuffing fallen out. At this point the foam that forms the collar of the shoe is falling out. Terrible quality.

I've worn Brooks addictions for many years. This version has less of everything - the toe box is smaller. It does not come as high up on your foot around the ankle because there is less on the sides. The laces section sits far apart because there is less fabric. They rubbed my feet and made my heel sore within minutes of walking around my house. I'm terribly disappointed and will have to now look for a new brand.

Seem a solid upgrade from the 14 with perhaps more cushion. Can’t speak to support bc I use supportive insoles. Had to grab to extra wide - wish they had more options in this width. Brooks are great shoes fur activity. Worth the money.

I was happy that the Brooks Addiction came in my size and the color that I specified...and they fit well!!

Loves these shoes. I have been wearing DYADs for years but theses are more supports and have more cushioning in the heel. Would buy another pair if they had more colors.
