My Hokas were quite old and a bit broken down so I wanted a new pair for my trip where I'd be doing a lot of walking. Turns out they weren't nearly as comfortable as my old ones! Less passing etc. I only wore them a couple days and wore my old ones the rest of the time.

After the first few miles running I’m not impressed. They aren’t very soft but they seem to be keeping my knees and ankles from hurting. Still, I’ll go back to Altras after these wear out.
I'd also recommend:

Fit was just like the rest of Hokas. Fit perfectly fine. Look is incredible. Only drawback to this shoe is the insole is extremely thin. Will need a Dr Scholls or the like with these. My feet hurt after an hour just walking around the house.

Size and fit seem ok except the toe box is unnecessarily roomier than previous Rincom Hokas I had purchased. The entire shoe just seems cheap like a knock-off. Not the quality of shoe I expect from Hoka.

though priced more reasonably than some other styles, these have a very uncomfortable and unpadded collar that I could not get past. I think the tongue was unpadded as well. I would hate to actually have to run or walk in them. they do run wider in the midsole than the bondi 7, which was better for me, but the other issues stopped me from keeping them. felt very similar to another brand's foam sole sneaker. i'm still looking for my perfect hoka style, but I think i'll need to do it in person since i'm 0/2.

Finding a sneaker that provides the right support and comfort is a challenge for me. I am a spinal fusion patient with a newly diagnosed arthritis condition. I was very hopeful that a pair of HOKA's would provide the support and the cushion for comfort on long walks. I have a family member who swears that HOKAs are the best athletic shoe she has ever worn; so I was encouraged. However, after a few months of wearing these for my walks, I am not finding the same results. They are true to size (length & width); they did not require a "break in" wearing or two. But the support, stability, and cushioning I was hoping for are not there. I am still wearing them and trying to like them; but not yet achieving the result for which I was hoping.

I love Hoka shoes. I've bought them for my grown children as well as myself. I've recommended them to everyone I know. Just not these shoes.

I love my Hoka Rincon 3 but confused why the sole is wearing down so fast and parts of the sole are coming undone. I only wear them while on cardio equipment in the gym. I'm loyal to this brand and love the comfort but a little uncertain of the quality w/the newest version.

These were great when i first got them. After breaking in, not so much. I feel they are wearing out FAST on the inside. I wear these every 3rd day so i feel they shouldnt feel worn out already.

Love Hoka….these Ricon’s are trendy and Uber light but not Bondi… stood in these for 4 hrs and I could not wait to get them off and get on my Hoka Ora recovery slides. Would not buy again…might try Clifton but all I can say is nothing is better than the Bondi…I could be on my feet all day any I feel great…I’d wear my Ora slides everywhere if I could too. They ran a little big too…but they are light…like air but the feel is not as plush as the Bondi…even with gel inserts…which was sad bc the pink is just on trend and super fun.

Loved the look and the light weight but these run way smaller than my other Hoka styles and the tongue is paper thin. Returned.

Sadly, I am returning these shoes. These shoes are actually quite pretty. Several nurses I work with wear these shoes and rave about them. They felt great for a few hours then my heels began to hurt. I stand for 12-14 hours a day so they just will not work for my foot. For short days they would be great but I need them for long hours walking on tile floors. Beautiful shoe but not a good fit for my foot.

I have been buying hokas for years and have always been pleased by their products. These shoes are very comfortable and great for running. One issue I have with them is that the tongue of the shoe is very thin and slides around a lot. I can't just slip them on because it slides down and bunches up.

I am new to Hoka. A lot of my colleagues wear it , so I decided to try . One thing that I disliked in my new pair , is that sole liner pops out when I take the shoe off . Then I need to readjust it to straighten . Should be attached to insole

The sizing is good, but the fit of this style just wasn't very comfortable, so I returned them.

I’ve heard such great things about these shoes as far as comfort. I absolutely cannot wear them on the treadmill, which is why I purchased them. The hurt my calves so bad. I’m not sure if it’s me or the shoes. Usually I have issues with shin splints, but this is different. I wish I could give them a higher rating as they are super lightweight and cushy.

I'm a true 6.5. I wear a 7 in Nike reacts. I ordered a 6.5 and will need to return for a 6. But I will probably just return all together. These shoes do not have the bounce/ cushion you would suspect. They really are not that comfortable at all. Adidas boosts are 100x more cushioned then these.

These shoes are super comfortable, and the wide fit is very roomy. However, they are navy blue, definitely not the black and white shown in the image.

I still have my old Rincon 2's and the new 3's just don't compare. Yes, they are a bit lighter, but I don't like the changes. The tongue only has one lace guide instead of two, so the tongue, which is much thinner, moves around quite a bit. The tag on the back of shoe is only a thin cord now, not a woven loop. They just feel cheap, which they shouldn't for the price I paid.

Disappointed in the changes to the tongue in the rincon3. Besides it not being comfortable, I have to stop and pull the tongue out of my shoe. Even had to do it during my marathon. Shoe also seems to pull on ankle. I've been wearing the Rincon for a long time and hope you fix these issues for the next one. Also the sizing seems to run big. I always wear an 8, no matter the brand and these seem to be a touch big, which could explain the ankle issue. I would wait to buy the 4 or see if you can find a 2.

Cute but not very good quality. Ended up buying Bondi 7s and just using these for short trips out the house. Bought originally for working as nurse in a busy ER.
