I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 but I require a 10.5 in this shoe. I love the shoes because they are the only running/walking shoes I can wear out of the box without a break-in period and also because of their support.

I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and the size was perfect. Best running shoe I've purchased in many years. My only wish is that there were more colors to choose from.

I've been purchasing women's size 8, Gravity 10s by Newton since the beginning of time. My new city doesn't have a running store that carries them. This was my first Zappos purchase. The price was competitive and I couldn't be happier with the shoes. Like a kid getting new kicks I was really stoked to run faster as soon as I put them on! Unfortunately they did not reduce my split by 2 minutes. My expectations were a bit inflated. Still, great shoes!! As a side note: I must say that the customer service I received from Zappos was exceptional. I placed an order of two items and accidentally shipped them to an old address. One item arrive and the other was transit on its way to the wrong address. I called customer service in the far off hopes of getting the it rerouted. It was a long shot. Having never ordered from Zappos before I wasn't certain I'd talk to a real human, let alone the phenomenal woman that I did. Not only did she manage to reroute the shoes, she cancelled that order, and immediately placed a new order to get the shoes to the correct address. This was a mistake that I made, a habit of using a recent but old address, on the other side of the country. Completely my screw up. The customer service rep was so kind, understanding, and took complete control of my order. I felt like I was talking to a friend. By the time we got off the phone she'd emailed confirmations of the refund and the new order. After our call, and in a completely dramatic fashion, I cried. I cannot remember the last time I was treated with such kindness. After moving across the country in a during a pandemic and talking to countless customer service reps for phone service, shipping, car insurance, all the moving related things, I'd expected to sit on hold for 2 hours, get bounced around, have my call dropped, talk to a cranky-underpaid person who ultimately wouldn't help. This experience was anything but that. Is this woman a unicorn? Or can Zappos start training everyone with this radical technique of service? Zappos has a new loyal customer.

I strayed away from newtons and it was a bad mistake. I will never stray again. I have never seen them less than $175 until zappos for $109!! They are the last years version, but that doesn't matter. They also came 3 days earlier than what the order said! Very happy

Great shoes for running.

They have plenty of toe room, which I prefer for walking shoes. Not that I need arch support, but for those that do, it's lacking. I thought the shoe fit well, knowing that thicker socks are being worn, could be a little wide for someone with a narrow foot. Have been wearing for a week now, definitely are comfortable and will be keeping for daily walks.

I'm an avid runner and thought I'd give a new brand of running shoe a try. I felt like I was wearing super tall cleats. My gait was totally off. It felt like my toe was going to pop through the shoe every time I landed! I'm not a fan of these shoes at all.
