Have had 2 pairs of blue konseals and loved them both. Sad to see no blues being made anymore. Please bring back the dark blue pair :(

I have used these shoes for walking, hiking and e-biking. I have worn them in rain and snow. Probably the most versatile shoes Ive ever owned. Very comfortable and very stylish. Highly recommend.

I've had these shoes for about 6 weeks. I have been a big fan of Arct'eryx and practically all my outdoor clothes are from them and I love every piece I own. These shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I use them for long walks, hiking, and everyday life. I study at university and wear them to school with a pair of jeans every day. The only thing I would point out about these shoes is the Gore-Tex part. I don't think they feel very waterproof as my feet often get wet and damp when I've been outdoors for a while. But overall, it's a perfect all-around shoe that I recommend everyone to buy.

Super comfortable and lightweight. I've had them for about a year and they have held up superbly. I fell into some deep southern red clay but I was able to wash it right out. My only complaint is the foot bed slips. I ended up glueing them in.

Long time customer from back in '97 when ArcTeryx only made climbing harnesses and backpacks. I've had several ArcTeryx shoes and boots since they first started selling footwear (Accrux shoe, Bora boot, Konseal FL, LT, etc.) several years ago. This is my third pair of Konseal shoes, and overall they are excellent, despite a few gripes of my own. PROs Comfortable out of the box, no break-in period required. Look great and stylish and can be worn day-to-day in the city and for travel, and at the same time they can be pushed to a borderline hiking boot. I find that the leather version better conforms to the foot and does not crease or crack over time compared to the synthetic version. I've hiked full days (20+kms) with these on rough trails and have not had any blisters. They have just the right stiffness to them and can accommodate orthotics, even if you have a high foot. The toe cap is excellent at protecting toes from rocks, the sole is super grippy, and the addition of an additional eyelet on this model to keep the ankle more secure is a great improvement over the previous version. The more aggressive sole is also a great improvement over the older model sole. They are very durable and should last many years, even with extensive use. I've had one pair for maybe close to 10 years, and although they are quite worn, I still use them to mow the grass or when working around the house. Try that with any of the shoes made of foam that sell at most stores. CONs I am disapointed that a non-gtx version is no longer offered. I found that the non-GTX breathed better and were cooler than the GTX vesion, especially during summer. For some strange reason, the standard length of the shoe changed. I've always worn 9.5 and my past Konseals were 9.5 so I ordered a 9.5. Turns out that this version is about half a centimeter longer than the older model. I had to return them and size down to a 9. This is mostly subjective but I wonder what were the designers were smoking when they came up with this year's colors. White? I mean this is supposed to be a shoe that's taken on trails, mud, and rain. I would have bought the brown one in addition to the black, but did not because of the white sole. The fluo yellow baffles me, but I guess I am getting old. Who will dare wearing this in two years from now, when the yellow trend is over? I guess it goes with the throw-away/disposable culture of today. I like to buy less, of higher quality, and keep what I buy for as long as possible, especially at this price point.

bought it 2 weeks ago because i liked the color (light blue grey) and its water proof quality goretex

I bought them for for everyday urban use and gheybare ok for fall-winter- spring. Cool look

These shoes felt great right out of the box. But make sure to go down at least 1/2 size as others have mentioned. Living in AZ I haven't had a chance to test the Gortex waterproofing, but the only ding would be that breathability isn't great. Otherwise great look and fit even under active use.

I bought these one month ago and am very pleased with them. They are very comfortable but also feel ready for a challenge. I like the cool, simple look with a waterproof, tough exterior. They have gone on several long walks but havent done a technical challenge yet. Their grip is excellent

I bought these a couple of weeks ago. I love the look and the feel. They were a little stiff right out of the box but after a day of wearing them, the flexibility is perfect. Love the leather upper too!

Bought recently, using mostly as a casual walking shoe for the moment(winter). Great looking shoe that can be used as casual dress or as its intended use, hiking.

Fit is true, generally sturdy build on body of shoe with a lace configuration that looks like itll hold up better than other options I see on shoes worn by team members. Excellent grip on Joshua Tree boulders for smearing and rappelling and easy to hike in. Should work great for our Search and Rescue needs.

The best shoe for walking long distances on hard surfaces I have ever had. I have had extensive surgery on one ankle, so good shoes are critical. I walk long distances on hard surfaces in London. 1-2 hours in daily life, often 3-5 hours at weekends or good weather. These shoes have a firm sole and hold my feet just right, they are light and comfortable to walk in for hours. I bought these in Sept 2023 and by the end of March 2024 they had fallen apart. The suede detached from the rubber sole. This is not good enough at this price. Please fix the design for the next iteration. Personally I don't care about having suede and suspect that they could be made stronger without.

The shoes are comfortable and great to wear. I used them daily for the last years. Unfortunately the rubber started to peel off from the material after a few months and the vibram sole is basically bald after one year of use. Goretex works exactly as it should and the external material is good.
