I purchased these in May of 2019 and had to discard them by the end of that year. I did everything I was supposed to treated them with leather conditioner and a buffing brush, kept them in a dust bag, used cedar shoe trees, didn't wear them two days in a row, etc. Still, they were falling apart within months the heel peeling off, the shoe so stretched out that it slipped off at every step. When I first ordered it, the fit was so tight that my toes hurt and it stretched comfortably over time and then eventually stretched so much that I couldn't wear it without nearly tripping. I'm so disappointed because I loved the look of these shoes so much and got compliments on them constantly. I barely make a living wage in my city and wanted to save up to invest in shoes that were beautiful and long lasting, and now I feel I made a huge mistake. I hope that this review posts, since I have tried to review this shoe before and it was not posted despite my verification.

I bought these less than a year ago and have worn once a week so I feel like I have a lot of experience to write a qualified review. I have 8 pairs of nisolos so I also feel I am experienced with the brand. These are beautiful. Feel free to buy them if you feel the price is worth 3 months of wear and then be prepared to toss them. They don't last. Within one month of wear I had to replace the heel I wore out the original heel. I also added new tread because I was wearing through it. So my $188 shoes cost me $55 in maintainance. The bottom liner also came unglued. It flaps around inside my shoe every time I wear. Back to the cobbler to have it re-glued. Then they started to stretch. The back heel stretched backwards so that my heel was sitting behind the original heel base. When I walk my foot slides forward and I effectively have leather flip-flops. They are basically unwearable in less than a year. I would expect quality leather shoes to last years with care and maintenance. I have done both and these are still little more than trash. Extremely disappointed.

These shoes were torturous on my feet! I'm size 11 and they are waaaaaay too small. Like a European size 11 (that is really a size 10). The soles were painful and the whole show was stiff. I really wanted them to work, as they look adorable.

I sized up a half size, and they fit perfect! I love them. They are comfy and stylish!

These were shipped to me damaged a month ago. The sole was tearing away from the leather. It was super disappointing. Customer service did not offer to send a replacement pair either. I am still waiting to be issued a refund :( The color was beautiful. I was so excited, but disappointed in the let down in quality, especially for the price tag

After many months of trying to break them in following Nisolo's suggestions, I found these to be simply unwearable. I was so excited about the style and while they are a beautifully made shoe, they cause so much pain that I have to get rid of them. I wore these in my home with wool socks frequently for months to stretch them out and after a few shorter wears outside (which resulted in minor blister) decided to give them a try for an event. After only two hours of wearing them, the entire backs of both my heels were raw and bleeding into the shoe. My toes also had huge blisters and skin peeling. I've never had a pair of shoes do so much damage. I'm really sad to write this review as I think Nisolo is a great company with beautifully made products and exceptional customer service. I had hoped to have this investment piece in my closet for years to come, but sadly I have very beat up feet and a blood stained pair of shoes instead.

Little tight in the heel and stiff at first receipt but don’t lose hope! Put mine in a shoe stretcher for a couple days and also wore while I was reading with my feet up and they are perfect now. I did have to size up .5. (Usually 9 in heels, 9.5 in flats or pointed toe heels, had to do 10 in these.)

These are absolutely beautiful shoes. The style is unique and the materials are wonderful quality. Plus the color is rich. I will definitely be following this brand, I just discovered it!

The black Oxfords are so sophisticated and professional-looking, but also very comfortable and could be dressed more casually with straight jeans. I purchased these in size 5 and they fit true to size.

I use these for work, and have enjoyed them. I used them essentially right out of the box, no break in period. I thought I would need to use tights/hose with them, but honestly they look better without. I typically wear size 7, ordered size 7, and they fit just right; not too tight around the heel, and havent gotten any blisters. I work in healthcare, so am clocking steps in these shoes. Also love the lookformal enough to wear to work, but can dress down to wear out to dinner. Cant wait to get them in another color!

They are beautiful! They fit true to size. I tried a half size down just incase but I ended up going with my original size since they fit snug anyway. They take a couple days to break in but they are perfect.

AMAZING. Literally the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I bought a size 6 (my usual size) and they fit perfectly. I would say they are a form fitting, narrower shoe, which worked for me. If you are going to wear them often, I recommend taking them to your local cobbler/shoe shop and having a rubber sole put on the bottom because they do have a soft leather bottom, and I want mine to last as long as possible!

I was worried before ordering about the fit as I typically wear between 7.5 and 8. I bought a pair in each size and 7.5 fit the best without flopping off my heels when I walk. At first you might feel they are pretty snug but wear them for a day or two and they will start stretching out to form around your feet. After a few days of breaking in, they already fit like a glove. These are truly beautiful and well-made shoes!

I returned my first pair to go down a half size. Comfortable. I love the way I look in these shoes. Best decision I've made in a while. They're sexy af, and you'll get compliments. Just, get them. I've worn them with jeans and with a suit, each perfect.

These shoes are amazing! Theyre so versatile they make any outfit so cute Ive gotten so many compliments and theyre so comfortable you can see the quality in the work! Theyre my favorite pair so much so that when my dog chewed my last pair I came and bought the same pair and the ones in the other two colors! I love em!!
