I did not notice from the images that there is no true tongue to this shoe. It is essentially a slip-on with laces interwoven into the top of the shoe. They felt great when I first put them on, but wearing them over the course of 3 or 4 hours they felt tighter and a little more constricting. Much of this is due to the fact that my feet tend to swell in the afternoon (the joys of turning 40), and I have to loosen the laces, which didn't really help, as there is no tongue to help ease the pressure. I really wanted to keep these, but comfort is more important at this point. The design is great, which seems to be lacking with so many shoes right now. A lot of shoe design is a hot mess from my eye. TLDR; if your feet swell, find another option.

I bought these for my 12-year-old son to wear for school. My son isn't a complainer but often said his feet hurt by the end of the day when he wore these shoes. The biggest disappointment is that the shoes only lasted about 3 months before getting a quarter-size hole all the way through the bottom. I won't be purchasing this style again.

These are not actually a slip on like the description says they are. There are laces to tie inside for tightening if desired. I was looking to replace a pair of the Adidas Lite Racer Adapt 3.0, which are a complete slip on with no tie laces. I thought these would be similar to that, which they are in body style (no tongue) but these have lace ends to tie and tuck inside. Not terrible I guess, just unexpected.

Wow! These shoes are GREAT! After walking on hardwood floors for years, my feet and heals are in near constant pain. I ordered a pair of Hey Dude shoes hoping they would be comforting for walking on my hardwood floors but they are junk, no support, and not that comfortable. With an upcoming trip to Disneyland coming up, I was desperate to find a comfortable show and these fit the bill! They look great, give my feet room to breathe, and are very cushiony. I ordered many shoes on Zappos in the $70 to $100 range and these are my favorite, ordering another 2 pair tomorrow!

Great fit with plenty of toe room. Very light paired with above average comfort and heel/arch support. Made from recycled materials!

The material on this shoe is terrible! My son had them for three weeks and there are several spots on each shoe with holes in the mesh. One of the holes tore all the way through, you can see his sock now! We are sending them back, thanks to Zappos great customer service!

My son really likes these shoes. He wears them to run or for casual use.

This is minor but the color of the shoe is definately greener than in the picture. It looked more tan in the picture which is what I need.

Most comfortable shoe I own. I loved it so much I bought a backup pair plus another pair in a different color. Just goes to show the most expensive or “newest” designed shoes aren’t always the best.

I will never not own a pair of these in some form or another. So comfortable that I wear them around the house as slippers as well as outside.

Bought them for my son for Christmas and he loves them. Very comfortable and for him, that’s the only thing that matters. That said, he likes the way they look, too.

Fit and size are wonderful, couldn't be more happier. The material is real nice, and I feel awesome in them.

I ordered about a half a size up for my son since he has a wide foot. It fit perfectly and he loves that he can leave the laces tied and slip on and off.
