The cute look of the shoe exceeded my expectations, and I love the pale yellow color! When I slipped the first shoe onto my foot, I thought the size must be wrong, because there was a feeling of tightness in the toe area. But the fabric is very stretchy, and after putting both shoes on and lacing them up, I found the fit was fine. I just had to get used to the feel of the shoe, which is a little different. For me, there was a need to lace the shoes tightly to prevent heel slippage, and what ultimately made them work for me was a pair of inexpensive Four Seasons 3/4 inserts. These not only provided arch support, but filled in some space (so the heel slippage became less of an issue). To sum up, the shoes look great and feel great. The only downside is I have to wait until spring to wear them.

I ordered the Euro 39 (US9) and the Euro 40(US10) which was weird sizing as usually the Euro 39 is 8.5 and 40 should be 10. The 39 was too short, the 40 way too long. Very odd sizing by Geox. Definitely not my brand.
