I love the look and fit of these shoes and find them to be incredibly comfortable, with moderate arch support and a roomy toe box. That was enough for me to purchase about 6 pairs of these over the years. I did so in spite of the rubber soles tearing from one side of the shoe all the way across, well before the tread was worn down and while the uppers still looked good as new. They have more than doubled in price since then, as well, so I can't justify the expense. If anyone knows if that flaw has been addressed, if the last of the shoe has been improved, or if Camper reps monitor these comments, I'd love to hear if these shoes last longer now. This would easily be my favorite shoe ever if they lasted. Unfortunately, I can't justify the expense if the rubber sole tears.
