I never write reviews so you may want to read. I had these shoes from 3 years ago and loved them. When I wanted to repurchase they were no longer stocking so I was happy to see zappos had them. Unfortunately, this shoe is not made like the exact black pair from some years back. These are stiff, noisy to walk in, very narrow, and the buckle part doesn't lay nicely on your foot. When I compared my Dr. Scholls side by side I noticed alot of differences. I am wondering if these are knock offs since every pair of shoes I order from zappos looks slightly different from the original. Once I get rid of this cough (praying not covid). These puppies are going right back to the post office. Do not buy. The original Dr. Scholls should say "feels good" on the bottom. These do not. Hope this review helps someone.

having to revise my original rave review after wearing these shoes for less than one hour. in my excitement to finally have a pair of these shoes again, i didn't inspect them closely before deciding to walk around in them for an hour. despite wearing them with thin socks, i kept feeling sharp pieces digging into the sides of my feet where the strap attaches to the shoe. i now see that this newer version of the shoe has unfinished edges including the ends of the rigid plastic piece that should be 100% hidden inside the strap. very sharp corners! on the older version the straps were tucked and glued/sewn securely into the shoe—no sharp edges ever, even after wearing the same pair for years. something is definitely wrong here. dropping the comfort rating to two stars on this point alone

Fit was great. Was surprised how lightweight. Feel like I'm walking on cushions.

this and the other style in this line that had a back-strap ("Harmony") were my favorite shoes until they stopped making them ~10 years ago. and then i had a bad knee surgery so i switched to flat shoes. never thought i'd be able to wear these again but just had to order and give a try when i saw them on Zappos. glad i did because they're just as comfortable, easy to walk in, and as ugly-cute as ever. now hoping they bring back the Harmony. side note: saw a review mentioning that these shoes are unstable; in the original marketing i recall them being deliberately designed with a bit of wobble-factor (i think because it increases hip engagement). now i am a very wobbly person with disabilities but in my experience you can actually move more gracefully in these shoes once you learn the trick to walking in them.

They are so confortable and make you look elegant and confortable at the same time. Be careful and size them up, number

They're a little tight on the top band, but I haven't loosened it yet.

So so so comfortable, just runs small. Recommend sizing up!
