These shoes are really cute and comfortable, but I couldn’t keep them because they were too wide at the heel. My foot slipped a great deal as I walked. So sad, because the style was exactly what I had been looking for!

Super disappointed. The sewing is poor quality and had a huge loop of extra string attached. There must not be a quality check because the mistake is obvious. Sizing didn’t work for me because they felt way too big. Too loose based on the style.

Cute boots. Way too loose. I don't think a smaller size will fit. I'll be returning. :-(

These were just not as cute in person. The overall look wasn't flattering on me.

Ended up too large and had to return, by then they didn’t have a size down. I found the sole to be too slick as well, otherwise it was a really nice shoe! Soft leather, seemed well made, very stylish!

I usually wear a 8 (very rarely a 7.5 in pumps) and I had to get these in a 7 and they’re still a little loose. Very hard and the soles are extremely slippery. Very cute in appearance and seem to be well made

Great bootie at a great price. The material is manmade, thus the lower price, but it is still very nice and will go with so many outfits.

Really disappointed with this bootie. It felt at least one size too big. The soles are made of a felt-like material that might be fine for house slippers but not for a shoe meant to be worn outside. Maybe it should have been marketed as a slipper. Returning.

Fit well - I'm average width but some shoes feel very narrow. these are just right! Love the style and so versatile..

These fit perfectly I do wear with socks but not necessary. It is hard to find a true gray and these are comfy and look good with many colors actually

I really love these shoes. I bought the grey. They so comfortable. They do feel kinda loose on the heel end, but that doesn’t other me at all. I’m planning on buying more for the style and comfort.

Perfect light neutral that should still be wearable in warmer weather. Soft upper. Exchanged for size that will hopefully fit better—bc with the cute side vent, this is not really a sock-friendly style.

I ordered 2 sizes as review said they ran big. They do but I’m pleased with smaller size

I usually wear a 9 and occasionally 8 1/2. I ordered 8 and 8 1/2. The eights were perfect

SIZE DOWN!! I always wear a 7.5 and these were more like a 8 or 8.5. Having to return.

I am returning these boots. They were too large plus the product information states that the boots have a leather upper, but the instide of the boot is stamped manmade materials.

If I wear these boots with heavy wool socks they are comfortable but do not look right.

This shoe was too big all,over. Arch support questionable. Thank goodness for a great return policy with Zappos!
