The shoe was adorable and the right length and width. However there is no arch support and even with an athletic sole insert did not feel right for walking.

I love the shoes but for a wide they were too narrow for a W width as shown.

Cute style but no arch support at all. An insert might help but one of the rings was also missing on the shoestring hole on the right shoe. Had to return.

Style, color are great!. True to size, width good. But, there is no arch support or insole cushioning. Don’t wear these for walking tours.

Loved the look and the toe bed but my heel slipped in them.

These were so comfortable putting them on after trying at least a dozen other pairs of shoes. I wanted to love them, but the back came up so high, I couldn't wear no-show socks with them for fear of getting a blister. I didn't notice an issue with the arch support, but that might have been because I was distracted by the back.

I liked the way this sneaker looked but I didn’t think it was comfortable so I sent them back.

These sneakers were very stiff and even with socks on, I could tell they were going to rub if I wore them outside my apartment. The back of the shoe also came up very high, which meant it was rubbing even with ankle socks on. I bought these sneakrer to wear during the summer with no socks and with the purpose of running errands in them in NYC. Given how stiff and likely to rub they were, I had to return them. I can't comment on arch support because I never wore them outside my apartment.

I ordered an 8W which is my normal size. The shoes were still too narrow and tight in the toe box but too wide/loose in the heel so they would kind of slip off when I walked. The material was stiff and there was no arch support. They’re cute but I will have to return them.

I bought these shoes to travel to Mexico. I never got a chance to "break them in" but I brought them anyway. I walked for MILES a day on rough-hewn and uneven roads and my feet were comfortable the whole time! I was honestly shocked at how well they did. I have a slightly wider than average foot and these were great - didn't rub my pinky toes like so many shoes do. If you have narrow feet, these might be too roomy for you. Bonus - they are super cute!

These are super cute and perfectly neutral. Unfortunately, the wide was not quite wide enough and my fourth toe was cramped. Ordered 8W, my normal size.

Did not work for me

I loved the sneakers but they got extremely dirty in one wearing. Contacted the company about cleaning. They got back to me right away. Recommended soapy water and a toothbrush for cleaning, but didn’t work very well. Maybe they should be pre treated with waterproofing
