So glad I bought this shoe! So chic and fashionable. The reviews that complain of the shoe being uncomfortable or rigid, is probably because the cardboard insert to keep the shape was not removed! Kinda easy to miss as it is very thin. The shoes are very comfortable and soft inside. A timeless addition to any wardrobe.

These shoes are nice to only look at, however they were very plastic, hard and uncomfortable. I returned them and Im still waiting on my refund.
