Very cute sandals. I think it may need a break in period. When walking, the top of sandal doesn’t flex yet. Hurts the top of my feet. I have narrow to normal width feet. This shoe could be too narrow for some. Willing to sacrifice comfort for how cute they are.

These sandals are too wide for me. I ususlly can wear a Donald Pliner shoe as they seem to run narrow. Not this one. Will have to return.

Sadly, too narrow and a bit too long. Also, very strong smell of leather or glue processing. Unfortunate--Pliners are nearly always so perfect!

These shoes were great looking, but had a very strong odor when opening box. Returned

stiff, no give, they made sounds when walking in the house. nice style, with no flexibility, back they go.

Felt a 1/2 size too large and zero flexibility. Way too uncomfortable and will return.

I wanted to love these. They are too narrow. My feet run a little on the wider size without usually having to opt for the Wide option.

Was very disappointed in the quality!! I have many Donald Pliner shoes and these were terrible! They fit nice! Looked beautiful!!! But basically fell apart after the 5th wear.

These shoes in praline exceeded expectations for style - more of a champagne neutral color, perfect for outdoor parties. I did need to spend a day or so walking around in them to stretch them out, similar to my other Pliner shoes. I think they run a bit narrow but I have wider feet and they are perfectly comfortable now, I'm doing the grad party circuit and can walk for days in these! Highly recommend.

I found these shoes to be both comfortable and stylish. I have several grad parties to attend and these are perfect with cute jeans or casual dresses. The praline color has a bit of sparkle and is more of a champagne color - a nice surprise that works well as a neutral shoe. I will say that both these and a similar pair I purchased a while ago do require some break-in time. I spent a day walking around my home before going out; they feel snug initially. I have "average" size 6.5 feet but if anything would say I prefer more room if that helps your decision :)

This sandal is a lovely casual shoe! But like any leather it takes some time to break in and soften! The support is good! I'll wear this all Summer for sure !

This shoe felt great through the length and arch and looked good except that on the L shoe, my little toe sat up on the lip and that looked/felt weird. More to do with my anatomy than the shoe, I would say.

These are beautiful shoes and I would have loved to have been able to keep them. However, the footbed was just a tad narrow for my foot and I could tell that it wouldn't feel comfortable over time.

Love Donald Pliner sandals, I live in FL and get a new pair almost every summer because sandal season is long here, these were so disappointing. I have a medium width foot, never a problem in Donald Pliner, usually a M is perfect. These were so narrow that my smallest toe hung over the side, not a good look for an expensive shoe. Returning.

Size is true to my size nine. I had originally purchased the 8.5 but it was too snug. 9 is far better. I won't return these, but they are not as comfortable as I thought they would be. The arch support doesn't quite fit me in my natural arch. I love the color and I plan to keep them. For the price Lylaa is a good buy.

I am a very basic 8. This shoe was way too narrow. My toes hung off the side making it uncomfortable.

The shoes look great but there is something wrong with their construction which makes them terribly uncomfortable to walk in them. The foam padding in the shoe sinks under the ball of the foot and gives no support while the rest of the shoe has good support. It is impossible to walk normally in the shoes because of the construction flaw. In my experience more recently produced Donald Pliner shoes made in China are simply not the same quality as those previously made in Spain and Italy and I need to find another reliable brand of cute and comfortable shoes and stop buying the newer models of Fiji and Fifi as they always disappoint. This style of shoe, Layla’s, is the biggest disappointment, however, and if I had not worn them they would be going back to Zappos.
