Wholesale will be less than a buck

Nothing wrong with the product. In the matter of fact I would say the product feels and looks exceptional. The issue is the sizing chart. After measuring 3 times and consulting with Atoms customer service (Ray) on a proper measuring technique it still recommends size S for my head with my measurements of 5.5" nose to mid ear and 4.6" nose to bottom of my chin. I asked for Medium replacement and Ray from customer service immediately refused to give any kinds of a discount or replacement on my Order # 142188. Here is his response to my request: Me (Customer) : as I spent $40 on these I think its fair to get the right size since your chart recommend size S this is on you Ray (Atoms Customer Service) : I can appreciate that. Our size chart works for the vast majority of people ordering our masks but we are always looking for ways to improve it if you have any suggestions. I also offered to send photos with a tape measure and a Small size mask on as a visual proof of the incorrect sizing. The response was simply Bot like even tho Ray seems to be a real human. Me (Customer): Yeah but according to your measuring chart I am size S. I can take photos and send it to your email so you can see that size S was recommended by your chart. Ray (Atoms Customer Service): We get that feedback maybe once a month so we are open to ideas on how to be more accurate but we send out thousands of orders a day and think it works for most people. Its too bad about the customer service since Atoms seems to be making quality products but still its not worth taking a risk with another order from this company.

Purchased this mask hoping the fabric would be breathable enough and conform to the face, however this mask fogs up glasses worse than almost any other mask I have tried. Along with this, the ear loops are rather uncomfortable and cut into your ear.

Your customer service is horrible! Ive tried to call your business phone several times and your mailbox is full, so I'm unable to actually speak to someone or leave a message. Ive sent email messages and no reply. We ordered masks on 9/25, received tracking information that doesnt work and have yet to receive our order. Please refund the full amount of our order immediately or I will reverse charges. What kind of company makes it impossible, in every way to get help?

Be careful ordering from this comapny. Their size chat run small and they wont return the mask. I am sure they make their money off of people having to buy mulitple. Poor return policy and poor customer service.

We ordered masks and were sent the wrong ones. Instead of getting a refund or replacements, we were told it was our mistake and "perhaps you can gift them to someone else". We gave this company a chance because they seemed like a good independent outfit but it showed us that flexibility during these surreal times is not a priority for them. We will stick to Amazon for our mask purchases.

Heard such good things from Taylor Wynn on YT and I bought them for a trip I was going on. It shipped quickly but then FedEx said it was out for delivery. Over a week later and I never received it. I emailed and they didnt seem to know what was going on either. Frustrating and I wish I could get my money back. I bought 3 masks too!

Size chart completely off. The masks are way too small and they move when talking leading to constant adjustment. I measured me and my wife, none of the masks fit. Too small. 24 dollars down the tank since they cannot be exchanged.

All I wanted was to know was what that damn lanyard was for and I still dont know. Had I read the reviews first and seen that Asshole Kaepernicks name mentioned, I would NEVER have did business with that company. Just putting his name in the forum tells me you support that jerk. Seeing his name completely eliminates any further comments.

Unless I'm missing something, these absolutley positively don't work for eyeglass wearers. Too bad...seems great otherwise. I wish they'd warn you about this BEFORE you purchase something that is not refundable.

Read through all the reviews. There's a bunch of good, positive ones that are most likely fake, but there's also quite a few negative ones. I wish I had listened to the negative ones before I bought because they all ring true. This mask is not worth 2 dollars much 12. The sizing is incorrect and inconsistent and it stretches out ridiculously fast. And when you message support they call it a "one off situation" and pretend like it's user error. They won't do anything either since it was no returns and no exchanges. Atoms is literally scamming people out of 12 dollars in the middle of a pandemic. 12 bucks might not sound like a lot, but when you do it a thousand times, it's a lot.

I don't even like their shoes nor their mask. They make creepy products and the design and color are the worst. I don't like to buy products that are made in Pakistan... They also have another company called Markhor all the products are made in Pakistan and the worst product I ever saw, didn't like their products at all...

I measured to make sure I got the correct sized mask and once I tried it on, it felt really comfortable. Unfortunately though, after only a few uses of the mask the ear straps are already stretched out and the mask is borderline unusable now since it just slides down my face really easily. Tried to reach out to customer support, but never got a response.

Dont bother, these masks are terrible. The second you move your mouth to talk the mask falls off. If youre an adult, the medium is probably too big and the small for children. Very thin. Your nose is not adequately sealed. This mask is perfect if you want to pretend to wear a mask.

I get it, things are running slower. But something is up. I ordered a color I didn't even want because it was in stock, needing a comfortable mask for a period of long wear. It hasn't arrived, the tracking number is not lining up, and their customer support has been less than helpful. If you need a mask, there are other, better places to get one.

WORTHLESS piece of garbage!!! They are extra thin and DO NOT fit snugly on the nose at all. Horribly fitting mask!!!

It's comfy - but it only works if you don't move your mouth. It doesn't have any kind of metal or bendable piece over the nose, so it just slowly migrates off of your nose/mouth area in about 30 seconds of continuous talking.

I ordered my mask several weeks ago. Two weeks after it had stopped moving on the tracking information I was sent, I contacted Atom. Contacting Atom is hard enough, since you have to hope and pray they are online and bothering to check their messages and they have no phone number. Eventually I got through to a person online. The response was to tell me to wait, even though the product clearly was lost and to literally just ignore me when I told them that I am moving in a few days so if the mask does not come soon, I won't even live here to get one. Rather than send a replacement for a $10 mask, I was given the burden of waiting and having to check back in on them to follow-up about a product that was lost. So I waited a few days and then sent several messages over the course of a few days and have heard nothing. Now I am only days from moving, still have no response from Atom and have no reason to think they will solve the problem. The few times they have responded they have been rude, condescending, and totally unwilling to help. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I war trained by the U.S. Government in defense against chemical and biological warfare and have experience with proper handling of hazardous materials and biological decontamination. I purchased 4 of these masks to test the fabric and the effectiveness of the product in addition to the quality of construction. I also tested the customer service by pretending to have incorrectly ordered the wrong size to see how they would handle this considering their policy of no returns or exchanges. The bad: 1.) Ineffective for protection. These masks offer LESS protection than you would have by simply lifting your t-shirt up over your face. The fabric is simply too breathable so it cannot properly filter exposure to contagions. If you were wearing this, and someone coughed on you, you would be exposed to the dangers of that cough. 2.) The idea of coper woven into the material is a gimmick. People know that viruses cannot live on copper... for very long, so logic dictates to people that a copper mask will not let the virus through. The copper threads in the fabric are visible so the company is not violating the truth of the copper being inside, however the gaps between the threads are 1/8th of an inch apart. This is not a tight knit weave of copper. Screens on doors have a tighter weave because mosquitos can go through a 1/8" inch gap. Micro droplets and viruses are much smaller than a mosquito. In order for copper to be relevant in this kind of product, it would have to be many layers of a ultra fine mesh weave of copper and it would be difficult to breath through and very expensive to make. Even with that kind of mask, the 3M N95 disposable respirator mask would be a better option this. The copper in this case, is a gimmick. 3.) The fabric stretches. In stretching, the gaps in the material weave are expanding. So, as you stretch it over your face, the holes in it become larger and it becomes even less effective as you wear it. Though it does stretch, it does not create an effective seal around the edge. 4.) Misleadingly cheap. Super thin flimsy fabric, die pattern, two pieces, one stamp/cut, one sew line, and one tiny spot where the logo was silk screened. I would guess that the cost to construct one mask in bulk production could not possibly exceed .25 cents. Buy one and you will agree. The free shipping is not generous, it's factored into the significantly high profit margin. 5.) Poor customer service. When I pretended to have incorrectly ordered, the representative immediately assumed I had contacted him before already and that he had told me, if I want to reorder the correct size, to do so, that he was not going to refund or replace my order. This was fascinating. It told me that other people are having a problem with incorrectly ordering and that at least one customer service representative has lost his patience with dealing with the problem. I explained that I'm a disabled war veteran living on a limited fixed income and was gentle in my request to work out some sort of solution. The customer service representative was adamant about refusing to come to some sort of solution or offer suggestions beyond me buying more masks. The good: 1.) The masks may meet the legal requirement by laws that state people must wear masks in public or in other designated locations. 2.) The masks seem comfortable and stretches some to fit. Small for a child, Medium for an adult. Large, for an exceptionally large face or ears much further back on the head. 3.) The masks look attractive and professional. They come in a wide variety of colors to match your style. 4.) The website looks nice, easy to navigate, appears to function. 5.) Relatively quick shipping time. My decision: Bad product for protection against anything but a law violation. Do not expect the company to help you with anything more than distancing you from your money. If you get this mask as a gift, help the person who was being generous by advising them to consider wearing a mask that is effective and can actually protect them. This one, does not.

There is nothing to form the fit around the nose. You are breathing directly in and out of the vented area under your eyes. Mine is going right in the garbage.
