Bought for my GF who is a server and is on her feet for 8 hours. Comfort and support is super important for her. Had high hopes based on review and social media fan fare. She was completely underwhelmed with the shoe. Tried it out for an hour and made decision to return it. Also, as I pointed out to customer service - they should publicize the fact that they are no longer doing the 3 separate pairs of shoes to test out for perfect sizing because of Covid. I dont disagree with policy, do what you need to do to stay safe, but its kind of a bait and switch since the 3 pair sizing is promoted on website and on social media.

I didnt receive these shoes. Weeks after ordering them (my 7th pair of Atoms) I just got a not saying that one of my sizes is out of stock and would I like another size or a refund? Not super helpful.

The sole of the show scrunches up after a few uses and appears wrinkled/unsightly. It feels as though my entire foot is not making contact with the ground, only the inside of the heel rolling outward and you get used to it although makes me think Im going to fall with each step. The laces are also not the ones shown in the video with the brown tips. Overall feels like you were mislead after using the product very briefly. I will not be purchasing again.

I have a question and can't find any place to ask it. I am looking for a "court" shoe. I play Pickleball 3 times a week. do you have any shoes that are appropriate?

I returned the shoes the day after they came. That was 12 days ago; still waiting for a credit on my card or notice the shoes were received. I liked the very flexible soles and the 3/4 length was just right. But unless wider versions are made, these shoes aren't for me.

The quality of shoes is not worth the spend. You can get other shoes from market for lower price and they would have better quality. The customer service is not good either. Would not recommend this.

Hi Atoms- I got these shoes few months ago and liked their comfort. But recently their sole started coming out (workmanship flaw). For a $180 shoes, I dont expect this quality and customer service did not even respond to my email for 8 days. I am not happy with my spend and wont recommend this either.

I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 - I ordered an 8 to be safe - they were way to narrow and too small there was no invoice or receipt in the box - no return label - no return instructions - I paid for Priority Mail to ship the shoes back to return for full refund - have heard no confirmation from you. most unsatisfactory....sad, I was hoping to really like these "most expensive shoes I have ever bought"

I emailed last week to customer service I needed to exchange size of the shoes. I did receive a reply that someone is going to contact me but in this point its been five days no one has reached me yet I need an exchange please!

I wear a wide in some brands and a regular/M width in others - the Atoms seemed to be really nice but they're just really really narrow. I returned them and was told I have to wait three weeks to get my refund. I'll try again when they offer a wide size.

Does look and feel well built but I accidentally got too big of a size and they started hurting my feet. It's been a week of trying to get an exchange with no response (not a return as I still like them). For the price, not cool but let's see how this plays out.

Nice shoes but they are cut to narrow for someone who has a wide foot. I had to return the shoes I ordered, as they don't offer wide sizes.

I love to give you a review but never got my shoes. Customer service said they would get back to me, never did.

I was unable to use your product because the size ordered did not fit properly and Atoms does not have any interest in supporting clients to receive good service. I returned the product and had difficulty getting credit so I did not reorder.

They don't come even close to fitting. They're way to narrow and too short too. There's no comfort or support in the soul.

These shoes are narrow. They're good style, seems like good concept. But they hurt my feet, even with the flexible material. So I got a return authorization and returned them. Weeks ago. After a few emails I got a reply that they are quarantining all returned shoes for 10 days. That's understandable I guess, but could they have let me know? And it's been LONG past the 10 day period and still no refund, no correspondence after even more attempts. I guess I have to complain to my credit card company to reverse the charge. I wanted to like them. If Atoms made the shoes wider, and had better customer service, I'd recommend. But at this point, regrettably, I cannot.

I think you are sending out women's and men's shoes as one in the same. I have a very feminine, slightly narrow foot and the sneakers are wide and bulky. How can I send them back?

I think I would give Atoms a much better rating, but I can't seem to get anyone to get back to me about returning the left shoe for a larger size. I have emailed and been on chat...but nothing.

These shoes are uncomfortable. They have also hurt my knee causing me to seek medical assistance. I sent you an E Mail letter explaining the problem and you chose not to reply to me. So you get 1 star only because there is no lower rating.

The original size I ordered was too big. I arrange to return and have smaller size sent. They shipped me the same size That I originally ordered. I can not get a response to get the correct size of shoes. I have tried for the last few weeks with no response. Order at your own risk

It may be just me but these shoes are a pain and one of my biggest regrets for buying it. They are so tight that my feet are so uncomfortable and my toes are constantly in pain when I curl them. They perfectly fit me and everything. The back of the shoes are so sharp they hurt a lot and you have to reposition them a lot of times. The soles are very comfortable but thats really it. I made a review when I first got the shoes but after wearing them a little more I realized all this. The stretch laces were pretty bad too, they would constantly untie, and when I tried tightening them they would untie instantly. The style was cool, I liked the all black and minimalist type colors. I forgot to mention that Im 13 years old, so I guess it could be that my feet are still taking shape, so I guess I wouldnt recommend this for young people, but maybe it could be good for adults.

Needs a wide fit. Needs a more supportive sole with a shank. All birds knockoff
