These shoes are immediately comfortable out of the box, and so SO good looking. As a tall person I struggle to find shoes that are cute with a low heel. These are them! They are darling in desert rose, and go great with light wash jeans. I may have to get them in some other colors too!

I absolutely love these shoes, (Size 11) the fit is perfect for my high arch and super comfortable. Sleek looking with Pants for work and can wear them all day. I hope Sofft has more Colors & similar styles available in the future.

I ordered the Smoke, a great neutral color. Love the style. Comfortable (have a wide foot and high instep) I have plantar fasciitis so always looking for something with a bit more arch support. I have not "tested" these with a full day of sightseeing, but so far, so good.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are very comfortable and the color (I bought the tan) will go with everything. I originally tried the Born Iwa shoe that is so popular, but I have a high instep and could not slide my foot all the way into that shoe. This Sofft version is just perfect for me. I may order the black too!

I am normally a size 7 which is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable and will look good with crop pants, long pants, skirts or dresses. The color is beautiful too.

These sandals are so cute and different. They were true to size for me, very comfortable and had a little bit of padding inside. I wore them right out of the box and there was no rubbing or blistering on my feet as can be true for me of many other sandals/shoes.

I love these shoes. I got them in black and grey and have worn them a lot this summer and will wear into fall. They are so comfortable, great support for my weak ankle, and they look awesome with skinny jeans. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments. I can’t wear much of a heel so these are perfect for me. So glad I splurged and got both colors.

This is my second pair of the Natalia. I am a shoe person, and this is the first time that I have ordered the same shoe in a different color. They are THAT GOOD. incredibly soft leather, cushioning, support, and stylish. 100% would recommend this shoe.

Bought these in saddle and they’re a great color. I like that they’re a sandal but have some coverage, too. Great for transitioning between seasons.

Ordered a 9.5. Should have ordered a 9.0. Runs a little big/wide and long. Not good for a 8 1/2 hour day in your feet but still comfortable.

Sofft Natalia is breaking my heart. I ordered my usual 8.5 and the width was great on my wide-ish feet, however they were too long. So I ordered an 8 which fit great in length, but they were too narrow where the strap crosses the arch of the foot. The smoke is a wonderful neutral color, the style is cute, and they are very comfortable. If I could have an 8W they would be perfect. Until then, I will be disappointed not to have these in my closet.

These were really cute and comfortable but unfortunately too wide for my narrow feet. The color would go with so much! Ohh well...

This shoe could have had so much potential! This brand has great quality leather and Zappos always has awesome service. But... this shoe runs very wide. I could not keep my medium width foot in this medium width shoe. Disappointing to have to return.

I really liked this style of shoe but it runs way too wide! So, I have to send them back!

I love the subtle metallic sheen in this neutral carmel colored sandal. Sofft has the most comfortable footbeds and you can walk around all day in comfort. I want them in the beautiful green metallic too!

Very comfortable. Love the lower heel. Can't tell by the site pictures but these have some gold shine to them. Nice surprise!

Love this shoe. The leather is soft and the footbed has support in the right places. I have bad feet so I look for this. Love them!

Very comfortable fit. Easy to slip on and off. Material is like butter. Perfect for those of us who can't wear heels but want something stylish.

These just came today, and since it's snowing outside I won't wear them for awhile besides walking around the house to test them out. They are beautiful! Stylish, padded enough to be comfortable (no arch support though). These will go with everything. I normally wear a size 8 and these size 8's fit perfectly front to back. My only hesitation is that it is a little wider than I would need for my normal foot, and so I slide around a little. It is not adjustable to make it snug up.But due to the large strap around the back of the foot, I don't think i"ll fall out of the sandal. So it's a keeper.

I bought these shoes to wear with a Dooney & Bourke bag I have. I find a 1" heel is better for me than flats which is what this shoe has. The leather is a beautiful color, the shoes are very comfortable and of course the Sofft quality is there. I love them and know I am going to get a lot of use out of them. As always, service from Zappos was amazing.

Size was good, fit was sloppy in back. I expected it to be a firmer ankle support

Very pretty shoe with a soft cushion foot bed, however the edges on the inside of the shoe where the foot bed ends are scratchy feeling. Also I would benefit w/shoes that are adjustable rather than just a zipper.

Nice beautiful shoe which they should have made with either a buckle strap or Velcro. It’s way to loose on my ankle which I did see the model in the video but I was hoping it would not fit me that way. Unfortunately I have to return them. I was so ready to order them in all the colors because it is a very nice and comfortable shoe. Aside from the strap. So sad ??
