I previously wrote a review to size down. I don't know when it changed, but a lot of shoes now have the Men's & Women's sizes together. I think I accidentally clicked a men's 8 and that's why they were too big. I'm waiting on my 2nd exchange and hope that this will fix my size issue. Frustrating for them to put the sizes together, they could keep them on the same page but still have them separated by men/women so dummies like me don't get it confused.

I got the white pair. I LOVE these shoes I think they're beautiful. I wear an 8.5(Men) but I always buy a size 9 just in case any shoe fits a little too tight. These shoes fit small. Even with 0.5 size larger my toe is almost at the top. And they hurt! They hurt the bridge of my foot. The tongue is attached so you can't loosen them. I just hope they stretch out a little anyway. My return period ended, but I also wouldn't want to go another 0.5 larger anyway because the length wouldn't look good with my foot. And I don't even know if that would fix the tightness problem. Also, they get dirty pretty easily.

these are great for running but the boost doesn't really hold up very well after about 200 miles. you'll notice a significant drop in responsiveness.

I have returned the shoes for a refund. I have had ultraboost before and loved them. The 4.0 DNA are so hard and stiff they feel like they would be uncomfortable to wear. They were also too big despite purchasing a size I've had before. On retuning have been told it can take 14 days for them to reach warehouse and a further 14 days for refund to processed. Very poor and would put me off purchasing again. There is no excuse for refunds to take up to 28 days.

Witching 3 months of wearing those shoes that brisk and I am trying to make a claim and you make it very difficult. I do not recommend this product, they are very poor quality.

All adidas products have become very poorly made. They only last less than a month under normal wear conditions and Adidas does not stand behind their product! Do not waste your money on these shoes or any other Adidas product, very poor quality!!

Sent the shoes back after 1 day of wear. After 1 hour of wear to a workout the fabric began to pull away from the sole. Spent over an hour on customer service chat to receive a replacement and was never offered a discount

Not good, poor customer service, uncomfortable, won't buy again

These are my 4th UBs. I am very disappointed with these pair. I ordered a size 10 US but they are too small. I'm having a hard time walking and I feel like it constricts the blood flow on both feet. I thought they just needed a little breaking-in, but I was wrong. Unfortunately, I have already worn them outside. I read the conditions for return, it needs to be unworn/unused even though I've only had them for a few days. Too bad. Maybe put in the description that next time that these run way smaller than 19s and 20s. Not a happy customer here.

Very disappointed in the inconvenience and unprofessionalism with security tags on shoes.
