Fit was true to size; even had room to put in some orthotics..because these have no arch support. On the first day I wore them I got at least 4 compliments on them. I wore them all day, even when I left the garden. Forgot I had them on, went to the grocery store, Home Depot, Post Office...so comfortable.

I typically wear a 9.5 or 10. Initially I ordered a 10 but it was too large (too much room in the toes, slipping in the heel when walking, so returned for a size 9 and they are just right. I won’t be able to wear really thick socks with them but the fit and stability overall is much better.

Super cute boots. Different. More like something I'd see in the Netherlands. Run big though. I normally wear a 7.5 so ordered up. The 8 was very loose so hoping the 7 works out.

These are normal great XTRATUFs, but the color comes off with the slightest scrape of the boot on anything not soft like a rug. I had the toes scratched within days. =(

Love the boot, the grey just faded really weird after about 2 days of wear. They're now yellow.

Perfect fit and exceptionally utilitarian. I have been waiting over 20 years for XTRATUF to make an ankle boot. Alaskan hipsters watch out!

best fall and winter boots ever!

I originally ordered an 8 cause I’m a pretty true 7 1/2 but the 8 was way to big. So I exchanged for a 7. Hope that helps with half sizers like me.

I wear 7.5 and & 7 was too loose. I tried different socks: thicker socks put pressure on the top sides of the foot and thinner socks, too loose. The sizing is off. They are sturdy and wish they were better fitting.

Wanted comfortable waterproof shoes for the barn ( bathing horses, rainy days, etc.) & didn’t want a heavy tread that would just clog with mud. They seem like they would be good for that purpose and also cooler than some other brands, but they ran very large. Unfortunately, Zappos didn’t have a smaller pair in the color I wanted so I had to return.

I love these boots! They have a slight cushion in the sides and sole, which is better than any rubber boot I’ve had before. 100% waterproof means you can get into anything and clean up is a Breeze!

Really cute boots that run very big. I think a full size smaller would be too tight so I wear thick socks. I only wear them in the yard typically so being a little large isn't really a problem. Easy to slip on and off. And really cute!

Just got these recently, so I haven't used them "out in the wild," but I'm taking these on a trip to Alaska very soon! Super excited because I'll have the coverage and rainproofiness without the extra weight of a full rainboot to take up room in my luggage. I've worn them around the house and they are very comfortable and have nice, cushy support.

Love them! My sister and nephew had them so I had to get a pair. Comfortable. And I like the short boot vs tall wellies down south

Boots feel very comfortable. If a half size, size down as they are a tad big. I like having a little more room personally if I have thicker socks.

These seemed like a high quality boot and I liked that the fit of these was more snug around my foot than others I tried. Because of that, I didn’t feel like I would get a blister on the side of my ankle from the boot rubbing back and forth, the only downside being they are a little harder to take off and it pulls my sock off in the process. I like the feature of the back bump out so that you can use your other foot to hold down the boot as you pull out your foot. Ultimately, I chose a different boot because I decided I wanted a pattern instead of a solid color, but not for the quality or fit of this style.

The boots were for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loved them.

Xtratuf ankle deck boots this is my third set of Xtratuf boots. I have a pair, I bought my wife a pair, and now I am buying my daughter in law a pair. The fit is true to size, they are waterproof and very comfortable. I would recommend these boots to any member of my family
