Beautiful shoes but the heels are wide! I wear 7AA and slipped right out of shoe -- heartbreaking. Had to return. The footbed is comfortable - just wish the heel was narrower!

The shoes are lovely and comfortable but when I walked in them they creaked and made loud farting sounds. My husband and I thought it was hilarious. Despite my puerile sense of humor, I decided they weren’t the best pair of shoes to wear to an upcoming wedding. (I tried to upload a”video documentation from my photo album but was unable to do so—comedy gold!) ?

I am so grateful to have found an absolutely wonderful, beautiful dress shoe that I can wear all day! I have searched for years and I was beginning to think that would never be a reality for me.The shape of the toe and the block heel are feminine and classic... looks great with skirts, dress pants or jeans. Also, the shoes do not squeeze my toes and are padded under the foot, which is vital for me. Molly helped me to find the perfect fit. She is incredible! I will be buying more colors as my budget allows.

I usually wear a size 4 1/2 to accommodate my wide but tiny feet even though my foot is really a 4 wide. I initially ordered the 4 1/2 wide but it was half a size too big, slipping in the back. The return was quick and easy and my replacement correct size 4 wide arrived quickly as well. Customer service = excellent! I wish they had more in my size, none of the other styles or colors are currently offered in my size or I would be buying more! Please Margaux make more for me! The Heel is supremely comfortable, solid to walk in, while still being stylish and I wore them for a very long day, love them! Yes, folks I know they are costly, expensive but at my age (53) and having suffered through painful shoes too many times in my life, they are worth it! Fit like they were made for my weird feet. They are high quality, timeless style, not going out of style next week or ever.. Splurge and you will wear them forever!

I am pleasantly surprised to find a heeled shoe that has it all. Comfort, style, and practicality. As an added bonus I purchased a neutral color so the shoes match pretty much anything. They easily dress-up an outfit to the right degree. I highly recommend them.

Buying shoes online is risky because you can't get a sense of quality and certainly not fit. So I thought, meh, these shoes will likely not fit and/or be poor construction or materials. I was dead wrong. I like everything about them. I'll admit to being thankful for targeted marketing on Instagram!

These are very nice shoes. However, even in an 8W, the toe box was still too narrow for me, and I do not have an extremely wide foot. Usually a W width is sufficient for me with no problem, and I can often wear M. I probably could have worn these, but, for the price, I wanted them to feel perfect.

I LOVE this shoe! Great fit and super comfortable. I’m bewildered by the reviews saying the shoes squeak when walking. Mine do not! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase; exactly what I was looking for!

Love this shoe! If I could only have one pair of shoes in my closet... this is the pair I choose. They go with everything and are unbelievably comfortable.

I rarely buy shoes online but I loved the look of these I'm a realtor who must stand and walk all day especially during open houses .... I'm so comfortable, I'm buying another pair as soon as my next house closes! Don't discontinue them. Please keep making them. More colors, the better. I think navy will be my next pair

Totally overhyped shoe and absolutely not wide. I doubt the "wide" I order was even a true medium. So disappointed.

this shoe was too large for me, originally brought 8N, it was too large, ordered 71/2N it was too large, great looking shoe, would have liked it to fit, unfortunately it didn't , A BIG THANK U TO ZAPPOS, they are great & have great service, I will find a shoe that fits eventually

These shoes are beautiful! I had to return them because I ordered the wrong size. Zappo's Return was UNBELIEVABLY wonderful. I ordered in March & returned in November! Zappo's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!

These are stylish and very comfortable — I wear them all the time and they always look and feel great. More than I normally pay for shoes, but totally worth it.

The shoes are very hard and stiff and hurt terribly when I had them on my feet.

These shoes were elegant and beautiful. They ran very narrow for my feet. Too bad I had to return.

Finally a pair of beautiful, comfortable heels in wide sizes! It's very difficult to find heels that fit properly since I have a wide toe box but regular heel, flat arches, and developed bunions from wearing pointed toe pumps for work that were too tight. I normally wear a 10.5W or size up to a 11B or 11W if only whole sizes are available then use inserts. While I could wear the 41W, the 41.5W was more comfortable on my foot that's larger and didn't need any break-in time. The Margaux team was super helpful via phone and in the NY store to help me figure out the right size. I bought 2 more pairs (black and cacao) during the early 2021 sale, which will be great for the office, date night, or any nice events post-covid!

I first bought the heel in the leopard print and they needed about 2 wears to be comfortable. I find the suede was a little harder to break in around the toe box for me so I wore them for an hour or so on the first three times I wore them and slowly they molded and stretched to my foot. They are such a beautiful shoe and the size was right the suede is just a stiffer leather. They are so easy to wear all day once they stretch out.

This shoe is very comfortable. It made me forget I was wearing heels. I ran in them to catch the train after a long day of travel and still felt pretty good after. I like the shape of the shoe - good design and well made. Two areas for improvement: 1 the shoe is rounded like a doll shoe that seems to be very popular in Europe. It goes with certain things I have in my closet. However I would also like to have a pointy version that goes with a sharper urban look. 2 The rims of the shoes were a bit bumpy and not smooth. I took a really sharp razor pen and trimmed Along the edges before wearing it.

These shoes really delivered. I'd sworn off heels (that weren't clogs) because I was tired of punishing my feet; I'm 32, rising in my field, and decided I'd had enough of wearing things that didn't help me actually feel good. I'm occasionally in conservative business settings, though, so clogs or oxfords don't exactly match the dress-code. I walked about 5 miles my first day in these shoes and WOW. They look good and feel good too. The heel is just high enough, the toebox isn't trying to amputate digits, and the footbed is well-cushioned. I could easily wear these is a more fun/casual way too. Thanks for answering my shoe prayers, Margaux. I'll be over here, saving up for three more pairs.

I love classic clothes - think Armani, Akris and The Row - and I always have difficulty with shoes. They need to look great but be comfortable and support my constant walking - to work, to meetings, around the office. It's really hard to have it all. I am over the 5 inch heels (sadly) and definitely over a different pair of shoes for each outfit. I saw these on Instagram and thought they might work. The price was right and I could always return them. I LOVE them!!!. They look great. They are incredibly comfortable. And the price is definitely right. I never write reviews, but a great product deserves fan support.

I loved this pump but had tor return due to size. I am usually an 8.5 but this seemed to run a little small so I will try the 9. I have a wide foot which may have been part of the problem. Very flattering and comfortable and perfect heel height.
