Style-wise these shoes are all I've ever wanted. But I couldn't manage to make them stay on my feet. I tried three different size and width combinations but could not find the right balance. The heels always slipped off. Tightening the ribbon did not help. I also tried heel inserts but they would not stick to the fabric. The inside of the heels is not reinforced with a contrasting material, as dress shoes usually are. I had to return all pairs at a loss.

I am 73 and still very concerned about looking good without suffering. High heels are strictly for the most formal occasions. My demi platinum and navy ballet flats are divinely comfortable and pretty. I can hardly keep my eyes off my feet when I wear them.

These look very cute but don’t look as expensive as they are in person. In addition, they were impossible to keep on. My heels slipped out immediately and there was no discernible way to keep them in. In addition they were very soft, but almost too soft to have any structure whatsoever. They’re going back.

Ballet flats are timeless, and ballet pink gives an extra dose femininity - a flirty neutral that goes with everything from black pants to sundresses. The perfect shoe should always be both stylish and comfortable. You should always be ready to dance. The memory foam and almond toe make walking effortless. I'm usually an 8-8.5, and the 8 fit me best.

Love these shoes! So comfortable and a great fit (I ordered the narrow). I liked them so much I ordered another pair in black.

These flats are exquisite. I did adjust with functional tie, as my heals were slipping. I ordered the narrow, which is still a little wide in the heal

Their size recommendations (and perhaps European to US conversion?), were definitely off. So just ordered their largest size (not their recommendation) but still snug/narrow. Had them stretched and now they're ok. A nicely made and attractive shoe, but their wide is definitely not my wide. Recommending with these cautions.

My comparison is to Chanel classic flats, which I love because they work for my extra-wide feet. I have been looking for a similar shoe for a while, and Margaux flats are my go-to replacement now. The photos compare Margaux in 38.5 W to Chanel 39, and the Margaux flats are almost the same length and about 3 mm narrower than Chanels. They are made of very soft Nappa leather similar to that of smooth classic Chanels. Margaux have some padding on the inside of the sole, which Chanels don't.

This flat is very attractive as well as comfortable. My heels are very narrow, so I added a little silicon heel guard ( from my local shoe store) that did just the trick. The shoes are so well padded that I feel as though U could walk for hours in them.

Love this flat - fits perfectly - and I have one in back also! So glad I found this vendor and very happy with beautiful packaging and quick delivery. Hope to purchase other styles like boots, sandals etc. I also have a pair of navy blue slippers - please make more slippers!!!! since a girl just can't have enough cozy feet in the fall, winter and spring!

They are a little more money than I usually spend, but,I can already tell I will have them a long time!! The quality and feel of the leather is remarkable!!!

The most comfortable and supportive flat. I have high arches and insteps. 3 foot surgeries to correct bunions and shortened tendon. Thes leather conforms to my foot and the color is so soft and goes with dresses or pants/jeans.

There is nothing more classic than a ballet flat and these ones are beautiful. The leather is soft and luxurious, the sole is padded and comfortable. They feel and look very high quality. I struggled to get the sizing right - I am typically a perfect 35.5 and I have a fairly narrow foot. I own the Pointes in 35.5 N which fit beautifully. I originally ordered a pair of the 35 N based on other reviews and they fit lengthwise but were so tight across the toe box that I could barely walk. The 35 M are a better fit and are very comfortable although they are a bit wide around my heel and they slip off from time to time.

The Demi flat is my all time favorite shoe. It is so comfortable and the material is so soft. I have never had a problem when wearing them. Also, the platinum color is beautiful. It is perfect for summer and I can't wait to wear them in the fall as well.

I really wanted to like these. I originally bought the 8.5 (my size in most shoes) but thought they were a bit too short. Despite the size being wrong, I thought they looked beautiful and were well made. So I ordered the size 9 to see if they fit better. They did fit better but they were poorly constructed. The inside lining was off center on one shoe and not completely secured/glued down on the other. I was surprised by the poor construction on the 9s since the 8.5s were perfect. That inconsistency is enough for me to give up all together on this brand, return both sizes, and continue my search for the perfect ballet flat.

Sole is very soft as is the leather but despite the length of the shoe being right, my heels slip out making them unwearable

I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 M. I needed a 7 1/2 W in this shoe. They fit perfect and are comfortable right out of the box. Hope they don’t stretch out too much! They are beautiful shoes!

These shoes are so beautiful. I have been looking for classic flats that I can wear with anything for a long time. The shoes I found were uncomfortable, the wrong neutral, or cheaply made. I read a lot of reviews about these and decided to get them on Zappos. The first pair didn’t fit me but I was able to return them and get a new size from them within 48 hours. The change in width to narrow made a huge difference. I love them so much I think I will buy a second pair.

So comfortable, stylish, and well made! I wear a size 10, 40.5 in these, they are not bulky like other flats, and don’t make your feet look big. I’ve purchased 2 other Margaux flats and love them as well. The small wooden heel is a nice subtle touch as well.

If youre considering getting these, do it! They are the perfect wardrobe staple and so comfortable. Can fit in with any seasons wardrobe. An essential! I love my pair in cerulean!

These are the most comfortable shoes I ever had. It fits so well just like it is made for me. I am so glad that I had virtual consultation on choosing the right size for me before I decided to purchase these shoes. I have wide feet so it is hard for me to find the right shoes that won't squeeze my toes. My usual size is size 6 but in demi shoes, I am 35.5. wide.

I ordered these in a 39N, for reference I usually wear an 8.5N. These are gorgeous, well made, classic style flats. The leather is beautiful. I wouldn’t call these the most cushy flats, not a lot of support, but the look is upscale. Not being familiar with the brand, I wasn’t sure which European size I needed. I guessed at the 39N but these were a bit too long in the foot. The width was good though, and the flats were so stylish on. As a woman with really narrow feet, it is hard to find stylish shoes. If these had been in stock in the next size down, I would have already ordered.
