Holds up great when kicking in doors on houses. Also when running around a house and it's been raining, they grip really well. Especially Over logs and through woods when you're chasing someone, holds up great. Snug as a bug in a rug.

I'm picky about my footwear. I frequently work 10 to 12 hours on my feet in the automotive repair world and this was my 4th pair of shoes I tried. Sometimes I'm the grease monkey under the car, and sometimes I'm running the front end. These have held up to 6 months of constant abuse. I've slid through motor oil, pushed cars, walked thousands of steps a day 6 days a week as well as typical casual wear. Once you get the stretch laces set, these are basically slip on's, and yet still provide enough support that I only put on work boots 20% of the time.

I have worn Merrells for quite a few years now. They are the best shoe for comfort, on my feet. First time trying the tactical pair, but so far i love them. The last pair was Chameleon stretch, and i managed to get about 4 years or so out of them. For this price point, thats not too bad.

I basically wore these for an entire year every day. I just bought a new pair but have them in the box in the garage. These have gotten more comfortable with time. I used to wear these back in 2007-2010 or a version of these without the tactical label. So glad to have found a pair of Chameleon stretch again.

I've worn them for at least 15 years. Lost track of how many pairs, at least six. I liked the chameleon 7 stretch non waterproof the best. Once I wear holes in the sole they re done

I already have 3 shoes of the same model and different colors, super comfortable casual, they look great, very comfortable, they are incredible

I typically use these for work! Lite , comfortable, easy to slip on/off .Wears like a tennis shoe but has a thick sole like a work boot.

I've been using the same shoe for duty use for the past year. I've tried many different brands of shoes & boots, and these are by far the best. Comfortable, durable, and no non-slip issue like other Merrell products I've used.

By far the best shoe I've ever owned. When new, I have to assist putting them on with a large spoon, but that is only the first few times. Very comfortable, can wear them all day, easily. I have no idea why I can't get them any longer, unless its just that they are so good that Merrill can't make any money on them. They outlast the regular shoes 3 to 1.

Great shoe, comfortable and durable. This is arguably the best all around duty shoe built!

So I've been a avid hiker for over thirty years, I've had so many hiking boots and trail runners with so many brands that I could never count, but I know one thing for sure, these are by far the most comfortable hiking shoes I've ever worn, I recently hiked in Tahoe for two weeks and Washington state for another two weeks and wore my Merrell's daily in all kind of terrain and my feet felt great, their water proof, had outstanding traction, great look, I have the army green, and my only regret is I didn't order two pair, when these wear out if they ever do I will order again. I would finish by saying if you order these boots/ shoes you won't regret it, if you do there's probably something wrong with you

Bought a pair of these 5 months ago and haven't looked back. Super comfortable after wearing almost every shift at work. The ease of quick in and off make life a breeze. Will definitely be buying more in the future. Only down fall is I'd like to have the ability to order replacement quick laces.

I love these shoes so much that I keep a spare, (new), pair on hand in case Merrell stops making them, (please don't.) Merrell's are the only shoes/boots that I can wear all day long with my flat feet.

I buy two to three at a time, b cOz these feel Great & are Extremely capable when gripping on rock and wood. I'll always buy New after the ones i have literally, wear out . ....

Great shoe on pair six can't imagine wearing anything else at this point. Work, casual, hiking, A shoe for everything. Very comfortable nice looking footwear that I have received many compliments and given a number of recommendations. Can't say enough, get a pair and you will never look back.

These shoes are a fantastic mix of rugged and comfort. I work in an environment where I need to remove and put on my shoes multiple times a day, so having something that is hands-free was a must. I also sometimes need to be on construction sites for work, and these past muster. I also chose to wear these shoes to the hospital this past weekend for the birth of our first child! They were my first choice due to comfort, stability and grip. We are in the northeast and in the event that we get our first snow I wanted to have sure footing while transporting our newborn back home. Thank you for making a great, versatile product!

this is my second pair of Cam 8 grate fitting nice arch support,first pair is three years old, and they still fit like new.grate shoe please don`t change anything. Thank you

Comfortable and great fit. I have worn Merrell 'tactical' style for several years and find them to be more comfortable that footwear twice the price. After retiring from law enforcement, I am still on my feet working in these shoes with little or no foot fatigue.

I love these! They are absolutely perfect for light patrol work. They are comfortable for standing or walking on concrete all day. I wear them for 12-16 hour shifts and my feet feel amazing.

Excellent range shoe. They have all day comfort and traction in dirt, rock, and sandy environments. They absolutely are great at the range, hiking in the mountains on maintained trails, or other outdoor places you're not worried about ankle support or protection.

Love Merrell Tacticals with the Moab 2's being the standard I judge by. On a whim I gave these cham 8's a try and found them amazingly comfortable and super easy to get on / off. Wear them more than my Moab's shoe now. Tread is super sturdy and sticky - great feel underfoot. Highly recommend.
