Customer Reviews Heelys Pro 20 X2 (Little Kid/Big Kid/Adult)

A pair of X2 heely's is supposed to come with 4 wheels- 2 wheels on each shoe. Ours came with 3 wheels total. Of those 3 wheels, only 1 wheel fit the shoes (size youth 12/little kid. The other 2 were big kid or adult size wheels. My 7 year old was super disappointed. 1st time buying Heely's and although the shoe itself seemed to be made of high quality materials, not coming with wheels that fit the shoes isn't a risk I want to take twice by ordering again. I wasn't expecting to have to complete remove the wheels and put in the base plugs when used as a regular shoe- I thought they were more easily converted from skate to walk (not their fault, mine for not knowing how they worked!). But I wonder how many others have had this experience with Heely's not having the right wheels/missing wheels? Or this experience with Zappos quality control? Because I'm 0-2 with Zappos personally. :(

Love the double wheels, makes it easier to learn. Runs small, had to size up to get the right fit.

My 11-year-old daughter Thea absolutely loves her Heelys!

These heelys are going to take quite a bit of practice. I bought them for my very agile, athletic 7 year old granddaughter. It’s going to take some time to accomplish walking/skating. I will say the Zappos customer service was excellent! The shoes were delivered quickly and right on time!

I'm not for certain how the arch support and shoe size fit as it is a birthday gift for a child. Hopefully, she will like it.
