I have found that these shoes run a little small, I’m usually a size 9.5, but in these I size up to a 10 and they’re perfect. Love these, they’re comfortable and stylish.

These leather Taos sneakers are comfortable for walking. Since they are leather, they initially were a little stiff, but after a couple of days walking in them, they conformed better to my feet. They had good cushioning and arch support for walking several miles on vacation.

These are so cute. I really wanted the Alo Classics but they were way too wide for my feet, so I went searching for a similar style. This one is very similar; though maybe not as much of a platform style. The other reviews mentioning heels sliding are accurate. The size 7.5 fits me perfectly with a footie sock but the heel still slides a bit. Will have to put a heel insert. I wear a 7 in some and a 7.5 in others, so ordered both to try.

I purchased these shoes in the steel colored 10W. I was skeptical on how they were going to fit when I got them out of the box. They looked really big. But when I try them on the fit was perfect just perfect. I have a pair of red in these, so I was hoping that the fit was going to be the same. I was not disappointed. Steel was not my first choice in colors but when you were a 10 wide, apparently, that’s a very, very popular size and width. When they finally arrived, stopped everything and opened the box to see how is it and mainly the color. I said, I said before issues fit me perfectly the 10 wide in leather is the same fit as the 10 Y is in canvas. The color steel is gorgeous just gorgeous. What I also like is that the toes are slightly burnished and it makes the shoe just so cute to wear. as it turns out I had to leave for an errand so I popped these shoes on and order them for hours without having my toes pinched or my feet ache. They were just perfect just perfect. I’m ashamed to say that my collection of Taos’s shoes is enormous just enormous. The only color I don’t have is pink so once the spring comes I’ll be looking for a pink, hopefully. As much as I love this company shoes, I do have a gripe. Not all the styles come in the wide width for women, and that’s just pitiful. In fact, it’s biased. so come on if you’re gonna make lovely shoes for females, for goodness sakes, make all the styles in a wide or do you think that are white feet into a regular width that’s not happening.

Cute shoes, but sadly I need to return. I need a shoe with a wide toe box and these were still too narrow even after ordering a wide.

Very chic on trend leather sneakers, excellent neutral color . Leather very nice, a little stiff until worn in, but these sneakers promise to be my every day go to shoes.

Finally I found a pair of shoes that fit!. I have a wide foot with high instep. I have ordered so many shoes it is ridiculous. These work for me!

I loved the sneaker… but I ordered a 8 1/2 wide. To big, maybe I needed an 8 or not a wide. Too bad very nice looking out of the box.

As cute as they are comfortable! Love the wide width. Much more comfortable for my wide foot.

Unfortunately I couldn’t get the right size in this shoe. I have a pair of canvas Taos in size 10.5 Wide which are just a smidge too short (though I do wear them). I got these in 11 W and they were too big. My heel came out while walking, even with thicker socks and tied snugly. Sadly I have to return. They would be great if I could have found them in my size (there was no 10.5W I stock).

I love Taos shoes! These are 8.5 wides and still a little narrow for me. Not narrow enough to send back, though. I’m hopeful the leather will give a bit to make them perfect. They’re super cute and even my daughter said they’re cute.

I loved these shoes and even before wears them I ordered in another color. They are a tad tight on the right foot although I ordered wide. I think they will stretch out though. I love the style and how nicely they are made.

My foot has grown in the last few years and I’ve ended up at a 7 1/2. That’s the size I ordered and they fit perfectly. I also order Plum Soul canvas in 7 1/2 wide just in case the Plum Soul Lux was too snug but they were way too wide. The arch support is interesting!! At first it feels kinda hard but then I realized my ankles felt like they were in perfect alignment. My ankle wants to turn in which throws my whole body off. I have chronic back pain so these very shoes could help with that. I am very happy with my purchase. I bought these because they were suggested for my upcoming trip to Italy where I will be doing a lot of walking.

I normally wear a size 10 in athletic running sneakers such as nike and Brooks so i have room for thick socks. I bought these in a 9 1/2 knowing I would be wearing thin no-show socks vs athletic. While they do do fit i honestly should have gone with size 10 so if anything they are very true to size if not a smidge small

This is my 5th pair of shoes in this brand and I’m never disappointed! Best fitting shoes I’ve ever owned. This pair is by far my favorite thus far. I’ll always be a customer to this company. Perfectly made quality shoes!

These are beautiful shoes and I wished I could keep. I have a foot problem that made them a bit stiff over one of the painful spots on my foot

Let me say these are great shoes, so I kept trying to pretend they fit. Although the leather is beautifully soft, the ball of my foot cannot quite lie comfortably. Needed a spot of moleskin on the heel, and then I had a blister on my little toe. I ordinarily wear a7.5 wide, so I’m really disappointed. Will try having a cobbler stretch them.

The fit and size were good but they are stiff and while trying them in the house I kept tripping when I walked because they don’t bend so I was not clearing carpet/ground.

The Taos style was cute and the length/width was good, but I walked out of heel. I have other Taos style that is a better fit for my foot, so will return this Plim Soul Lux pair.

I love this shoe, but the size 11 is too small for my size 11 foot. I wish they made an 11 1/2. Order a 1/2 size larger if you are able. Sadly, will have to return.

Got these in the olive fatigue and I love the color. I need replacements for my converse which my podiatrist told me I’m not allowed to wear anymore and that I need shoes with arch support. These are great! The style is great and works for a casual shoe with only a moderate sneaker look. The vamp is a little stiff but I’m hoping it will soften with some wear

Really wanted to like them. The top was too stiff and the tonged rubbed against the front to my ankle. Other than that, they were very comfortable. Back they go.

These were lovely and I so wanted to keep them but the heel did not come up high enough and my foot was coming out of them with each step. They are stunningly attractive, have amazingly comfortable arch support, and overall feel supportive in the sole for long active days or lots of standing. The top (I bought leather) felt a bit stiff but I'm confident they would have broken in. I'll come back again in a year or two to see if they're offering something similar. I bought a sandal from this brand at the same time and love those.

I am an 8.5-9 and seem to fit 8.5 just fine in the Taos Plim Soul sneaker (both canvas and Lux leather). My only complaint is that the heel cup is shallow, like crazy shallow. I've never noticed this issue in a shoe before. The Plim Soul seems to be wearable despite this issue, but I find it strange that they designed it to hit low and almost on your heel vs. just above it (if you don't like that, you might want to skip these). I took one star off for that reason, but the comfort seems to be perfect otherwise. I just hope they last. They are flattering on me, despite having a relatively large foot for my size, and that's not always the case with sneakers, so I love that. But the best thing about these sneakers is that I've been able to resume taking walks because of them. I am hypermobile with an unstable sacrum/SI Joint, and sometimes my back pain is unbearable. But I can walk now! It's wild. I have flat feet and need arch support, and these are great. So I'm all in for Taos ... VERY interested in finding Taos boots for winter. So far I've not found a Taos sandal (I returned the Loop because my feet were slightly tipping inward per no side straps and my hypermobility). I'm so grateful for this sneaker. At least I've got one area covered! I used to wear Ecco, but they didn't have excellent arch support and their soles disintegrate, so I'm done with Ecco. I love Frye, but my back may not (and they have new ownership). I tried Zamberlan (fancy Italian hiking boots) and LOVE them, but they have a bit too much structure for my joints, it seems. Birkenstock got sold and I'm not sure if they changed or I did, but they aren't as good for me as they used to be (and the new EVA line is horrifically bad for me -- caused SEVERE pain for days and days). Their Bend Low sneaker doesn't come close to the Taos Plim Soul, in my experience (I had back pain with them and they are definitely heavier). Seems to me the Taos insole is simply better.

CUTE! I love this shoe. Oyster color is pretty, and has a slight sheen, which makes them look just a little more (pardon the pun) polished. I normally buy shoes a half size up to accommodate my insole, but I didn't need to add one to this shoe, the insole it comes with is excellent, substantial. Thankful, because mine would not have fit, the shoe appears to run 1/4 to 1/2 size small. Support is nice, and I really love the look. Great shoe!
