I love the style of this Taos Plim Soul Lux. I bough the white leather and it was exactly what I was looking for to wear with anything and everything. I wear a 9.5 - bought a 9.5 and the shoe fits with plenty of room in the toe box. Probably not enough to go down a size. I’m impressed by a very thick removable footbed with good arch support though it could use more padding in the forefoot. The collar has a nice padding but the heel cup is not deep enough so the padding hits low on the heel and initially made an indentation. I tried a thinner footbed that helps but the back still hits low on my heel. After wearing around the house I determined that it would not cause a blister. At this price a shoe should be perfect. I’ll make this one do but won’t buy another one. Taos please redesign with a deeper heel cup!

Order a half size larger. I normally wear a 7M but I ordered a 7½M of this model. It fits perfectly; I could not have worn a 7M and am glad I took a chance at ordering the larger size. These shoes are really nice; they can be dress-up with leggings/dress/top or dress-down with shorts. Love the black leather and the soles.

I love these shoes but the sizing has changed. I compared these to another pair of Taos that are the same size and these are a full size bigger. Have to return for a smaller size.

I already submitted a review for these shoes based on a quick look and slipping them on. Since I bought them for a trip where I will be doing a lot of walking thought to wear them for a short while around the house. Put on brand new sneaker socks and gave them a test walk. Wow, was I disappointed that the stylish thick sole has no flex, which caused the heel to rub up and down with every step. 10 minutes and I would have had blisters. So sad to send these cute shoes back. Love other Taos sneakers that I own, just not this style.

Taos makes excellent wool slippers and I keep hoping I'll hit another jackpot with their other products. These sneakers were a flop on the design end. Positives are the overall look and an excellent removable footbed with great arch support. When the arch is supported in this way, the metatarsals (toes) spread, requiring room in the toe box. This is the second pair of shoes that I'm trying by Taos that have a strange narrow cut in the part of the toe box where you need space the most. And I have narrow foot too. The footbed, for all the greatness on the arch support, had a very unsupportive and thin metatarsal cushion. For all the goodness it offers on the arch support, it takes away from the toe box, making it untenable for me.

I liked the style of these sneakers. The construction and quality are good. However, they felt too shallow for my foot. The heel slipped on and off as I walked and I was concerned about the constant rubbing on the heel. Perhaps the foot liner takes up too much depth?...I'm not sure. I had to return them.

This is the perfect white sneaker! Very cute & comfortable! I tried on a few white sneakers & they looked frumpy. These checked every box for me. This is my 4th pair of Taos shoes. You can't go wrong purchasing this brand. I do recommend you break them in, as the arch support is high. I usually wear a new pair for a couple of hours each day until they are fully broke in. Enjoy!!

This is the simple white tenni I have been looking for!!! I have a pair of Frye leather tennis in black and love them but their white version wasn’t doing it for me so the hunt began. Last year I had a pair of leather Keds but they croaked like a frog when I walked so this year the hunt was still on. I am done hunting now!!! These shoes are fabulous! The arch support is phenomenal as well. If you have flat feet, you probably won’t like these because the arch support is pretty good, but you can take the insole out. The height of the platform, the width of the shoe, the texture of the leather, the fact that the eyelets for the shoelaces to go through are painted white instead of left metal so the shoelaces will not get black stains on them. Absolutely everything about the shoe I love!

after adjust the laces to fit my foot they were perfect. I wear a size 10 and prefer a no sock look, which can sometimes hurt my heel. These have a buttery soft leather at the heel so no issue at all.

After seeing these shoes flood my social media I finally purchased a pair. They are adorable and look super comfy. I'm so bummed that they run almost an entire size too small. I wear an 11 so there is no option to go up a size. Come on Taos - make size 12s so us big foots can have cute shoes too.

It's hard for me to find a stylish tennis shoe that check all my boxes, (I have plantar faciaitis, bunions both feet with surgery on one) but Taos checks them all. The medium width is much better than most, but the wide width is amazing! They also have, great arch support with inserts you can even remove if you have your own to use, so many color options, and are always on trend. These is my 5th and 6th pairs...Love myTAOS tennies!!

I typically wear a 7.5 in casual tennis shoes (but a size 8 in running shoes like Brooks or Hoka.) The Plim Soul Lux in the 7.5 felt a bit snug, so I ordered a size 8. It is perfect! These shoes are stylish and very comfortable. They look great with casual skirts, shorts, jeans, and summer pants. I have several other Taos canvas sneakers and these are my new favorites!

I have other Taos footwear products (boots and sneakers) but this model ran small for me. I usually wear a size 10 and the Plim Sould Lux was too small.

I love these shoes! I have had a black pair for a couple of years so I added a gray pair. I have wide feet, a bunion and neuroma (?) on my right foot. I can wear these shoes all day without any discomfort. I especially like the fact they are good looking, a step above an athletic looking sneaker.

I love these shoes and plan to buy them in several more colors. I would say that for my foot, they are true to size. However, I will say that I tend to like my shoes to fit somewhat tightly due to my poor balance. If that were not the case, I might have tried a half size up. I bought the oyster as my version of white and was able to wear them right out of the box. Taos is definitely my favorite brand of shoe. I have several of their boot styles and several of the Moc Star. Plenty of room in the tombed. I do not have the heel slippage that others have noted.

I have RA and these are comfortable - love the wide toe bed. I actually use my own personal orthotics inside but the ones it comes with are not bad

I loved this sneaker. I could tell it would be pure comfort. It was just too big. It literally slipped off my heel as I walked. I think the size down would be too short, maybe just too wide in the heel for me.

These shoes felt great! Exactly what I was looking for. Much more arch support than a typical shoe of this style. Shoes felt plenty wide for my average to wide foot. Most reviews said the shoe was narrow but I did not find that to be the case. I had accidentally ordered another style in this brand that happened to be canvas that I absolutely loved but I just cannot keep canvas clean so I’m so happy that they have a leather option. I will definitely be buying this brand again.

I love the look of this shoe, but the leather is very stiff. I have had them for several months and it still feels like my toes touch a bit on the top of the shoe. I thought they would flex or soften up a bit, but they do not. They are very comfortable to wear, but actually a bit loud to walk in as they sort of “ clomp” when walking, due to how firm the leather is…
