I have been searching for a ShapeUp replacement for years. In April 2020 after seeing the Sketchers Max Cushioning Elite work shoe I inquired about having it made in a safety toe. I received a reply stating "The Max Cushioning Elite SR work shoe is currently being developed in a safety toe version. It should be coming out later this year." It appeared to me the Max Cushioning Elite had everything I have been looking for. A large cushioning mid sole and Sketchers SR technology. In my opinion your SR soles on Max Cushioning Elite is the best SR technology in the industry. I work in a machine shop where there is coolant mist on the floor so slip resistance is very important to me. Unfortunately five months later the Max Cushioning Elite was still not available in a safety toe. My previous Sketchers work shoes had worn out so I took a chance on the Work Monster slip ons hoping the picture reflected a gel type mid sole. I knew they wouldn't have the SR technology of the Max Cushioning Elite but hoped they would have descent slip resistance. Unfortunately these have a very hard midsole and I slip and slide all over. These shoes are terrible for my feet. If slip resistance is important in your work environment and you deal with Plantar Fasciitis or other chronic foot pain I do not recommend buying these shoes.

First off, the cheap plastic that they route the laces through at the top lasted about 2 weeks before the lace pulled right through breaking the plastic. Second, they creek like they were not put together well.

I wear these to both jobs, which are service tech and shipping. On my feet up to 75 hrs a week and these are the best I've found for the price.

Great work shoes for standing a long period Of time on concrete

It says that they have memory foam in them, but I have not been able to tell that. They are pretty firm feeling. Overall not a bad shoe. I am mostly sitting in my job, so I am not constantly on my feet. I feel that if I was on my feet all day long this wouldn't be a pair for me, as I can't tell that there is any memory foam in them. They are light weight, and look nice.

1-1/2 weeks of wearing the shoes and top eyelet ripped apart, now shoes are trash. Only gave shoe one star because zero stars was not an option.

Perfect for work

Usually skechers fit me true to size but this pair I bought on line seems to not fit the same. The insoles are not as comfortable as previous pairs I have owned even though they look the same.

I've bought Skechers for years. I spend 8-10 hours a day on my feet. These shoes are uncomfortable. They creak because the outsoles aren't attached properly. Not a fan of the slip on design. Aggravated. Frustrating that every time I go to order a pair of the same style I had, they're no longer available.

Noisy, creak when walking.

Got 2 days wear and the plastic broke while tightening laces.

I can't use this product again.
