I normally wear a size 7 and that's what I ordered. They fit great! There was a cardboard insert (see in pic) that was really hard to get out and kind of hard to notice that it wasn't a part of the shoe. I'm wondering if people didn't realize that (which is why they say they fit too tight). If you put the shoe on with it still inside, it lands on top of your foot. Super cute, comfy, and true to size for me!!

I love these booties. They are so cute. My only concern is that I cannot wear socks with them because they will show. I tried some low no show socks and they felt weird so I go without. I’m sure to retreat this later. Other than that, I love them.

Listened to the reviews and went a 1/2 size up. Oddly though they’re a little big length wise but will just wear with socks. Around the toes is very narrow and tight so regardless of length had to size up. Still love the look though and don’t slip off.

Love the style of these boots but they run very narrow. I ordered my normal size and from heel to toe they fit but the right bootie is very tight around my toes. I am hoping they will stretch just a bit, if not I’ll tough it out because they are so cute!

So disappointed in how narrow these shows are. My foot is somewhat wide, but I rarely have to select a wide size. If these shoes can in a wide with, they would be a total keeper. I have a high instep. This shoe was way to snug to even attempt wearing around the house to “see” if they give. They were tight around the heel. I liked the color and height. I’m a size 10 and the toe was a bit long.

These boots are really cute! Toms normally run small on me so I ordered up half a size (8) but that pair ended up being too big, especially in the heel area. I normally wear a size 7.5 and ended up returning the 8 and getting a 7.5. If you have wide feet, these are probably not the shoe for you as the toe box is quite narrow. I love the taupe color; they look cute with everything! Zappos is the best!

I'm so disappointed in how poorly these shoes fit. The booties are not true to size. I typically wear a 6.5-7 medium in women's shoes, so I ordered a size 7. However, the shoes are a half size to full size smaller than advertised. Some people claimed there is cardboard in the shoe that isn't easily seen. This is not the case. I examined every inch of the shoe. The shoe simply is not made true to size. The top of my feet hurt, and my heels ached. The booties are really cute, but you will need a larger size than you typically wear.

I am always a 5 1/2. I couldn't even get this shoe on my foot.

I'm picky about comfort but needed something a little more formal than I typically wear for an upcoming trip. What I love about these is they don't cut in to the front of your leg like many boots I tried on. They're surprisingly comfortable and true to size. I would say I have a normal width foot and didn't have any issues with them being too narrow as some are mentioning.

Very comfortable and flattering booty. I sometimes wear a size 12 but the biggest size available was an 11 and they fit perfectly. I have narrowish feet so I'm not sure how a wide foot would feel. The toe box had ample space. Can dress them up or down. Just what I needed!

Fantastic ankle boots! Super easy to put on and very comfortable. Plenty of room in the toe box. Can dress them up for work or casual. I usually have to order a size bigger but these are very true to size.

These are very nice boots. Honestly, I returned them but only because I don’t dress up enough and would probably only get a few wears out of them, assuming I have the right outfit to wear them with! As always, Toms are super comfy and these would be a great for a semi-professional work setting or night out.

This is my second color in this style. Needless to say I love them and they fit me perfectly as I transition away from regular heels to wedge heels.

I ordered the Kallie in black in size 5.5. I have 2 other pairs of TOMS wedges that I love wearing also in 5.5. So they are true to size and very comfortable. Usually, shoes that that I order in my true shoe size are dress shoes/heels that I'm not wearing a thicker sock with. I've done quite a few mall shopping trips in them already, a lot of walking. For 4-5 hours straight on my feet with a pair of thin no-show socks, I found them to be very comfortable . I've worn these with skinny jeans, straight leg jeans, boot leg jeans, joggers and skirts and I love they look with all my outfits so far.

I had size 7 from a different retailer who was out of 7.5. Zappos came to mind and Zappos saved the day. Size 7.5 is my usual size and it fits perfectly. They are stylish and cute and can dress up and dress down. Won't disappoint.

Super cute boot for making the transition into fall! Easy on/off. Perfect heel height.

These are perfect! My favorite shoes. No rubbing, comfortable all day, even without socks. Toms seem to be an ideal fit for my foot.
