Hallelujah, I finally found the right sneakers. I have tried so many pairs of sneakers and returned them (thank you Zappos). These check all my boxes. They are wide enough in front (bunion check), but normal at the ankle. The leather is soft and supple, meaning a normal bend when walking. There is solid arch support. Plenty of room at the toes (I’m 8.5 and got 39). Yes, the base is a little weighty compared to other sneakers, but it’s no more than a rubber ankle boot. I find it helps anchor my foot and stabilize my ankles. Outstanding shoe.

I tried on A LOT of white sneakers before choosing these. I’m very particular about the feel of my shoes and these won me over. They are wide, but I like that because I have my orthotics in them. My socks slipped down while walking and it didn’t hurt my exposed heel. Super comfortable and cute to boot! Perfect for traveling - could slip on and off quickly for security without untying! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. Highly recommend.

I wanted to love these sneakers. They have the classic look of a slim white leather sneaker with a bit more room and support. Unfortunately I found them to run wider and longer than usual. The biggest deal breaker for me was the thick exposed seam that runs down the back of the sneaker on the inside of the heel. Even with socks on it rubbed me just walking around the house. Very poor design which made them unwearable.

The sneaker fit but was heavier than most ECCO shoes I wear. The thing I most disliked about the sneaker was the color. It was not white but an off grey which is not what I wanted.

Ok, but not as comfortable as one would think for the cost. So I'm returning and still looking.

These shoes run much wider than the Ecco Soft 7 shoes-- I ended up keeping them because I like how they look with a wider-legged jean and thought they'd look cute with casual dresses. They are also heavier than the Ecco Soft 7 shoes but feel like they are more padded on the balls of my feet. I've been wearing them with the heavier no-show socks and they are comfortable.

Boats. These couldn't have looked more like boats if they'd had sails attached.

The shoe is longer than the old design - more akin to a running shoe length. It's also heavier and somehow feels clunky on my foot. I would have to wear thicker socks with it to avoid having my foot slip out when walking. Disappointing - I hoped it would be a good replacement for the older-style soft-7 as the back mimicked that style.

These shoes are HUGE. I have ordered ECCO sneakers for years-- always a 41--- this 41 feels like a boat on my foot. Wondering if I even need a 39.

They fit me like a glove! I love them right out of the box. No pinching or bending in the wrong place. They just feel great right away. I also love that they came with black laces to switch out with the white ones.

These shoes feel wonderfully comfortable. They are super for standing, walking and controlling balance during the day.

These shoes fit well. I bought them for a trip overseas I believe they will be perfect. I hope no blisters etc. walked in house with socks seem good for a walking trip thru the Highlands

These sneakers have been better than I expected. With high arches, this shoe provides the best support. The style is fantastic; can be worn with jeans or a summer dress.

The fit is true to size, love the leather and detailing. Comfortable out of the box, love the style.

I had to size down 1/2 size and I usually am a true 8.5. These are wider than the earlier version.

Love these sneakers but they run large so I am sending them back.

Loved the look of this shoe. Unfortunately it was narrow in the toe area and loose in the heel.

These have more height in them than my other ecco sneakers but I like that. I have the black with the white laces and they look great casual but can dress up a bit as well. So comfortable right out of the box. I wear a thin sock with mine.

Nice looking, minimalist shoe. After reading reviews, I ordered a half size down. Normally wear an 8 but went with 7 1/2. Fit perfect.

These shoes felt comfortable and looked really nice. I had to return them though, because when I wore my orthotics in them my heels slipped and rubbed on the shoe.

These are really sharp looking shoes. They fit well but the sole was too stiff for my feet so I had to return.

These leather sneakers, à la basketball low-cut, are very comfortable. There seems to be enough toe room, enough give, and no sore spots on the second day of wear. I feel that I am committing to them, although they are pretty expensive...

Love the look but these didn’t fit me. Very loose in the heel but fine in the instep.
