The hat was sent in a box not a bag! That said looks well made and holds it's shape! Has a wider brim than my usual purchases? Just my preference! Looks as described! Fall winter hat!

The rambler hat is well made and good looking! Brim is a bit big for my taste but it is a sharp hat!

I love this hat, but I wish it came in a small. The medium is just a bit too large. Materials are high quality and it holds its shape.

Perfect hat for our mild Northern California winter, and I'd probably wear it in colder climates as well. I've been wearing this hat in the charcoal color every day since December, and I love it so much that I bought a second one in black. The Large fits perfectly for my head which is usually on the smaller end of a hat size Large.

I have received many compliments on my new hat. I love the style as well as the fabric. I bought it for warmth and it has met that expectation. I was not sure what size to order so I chatted with a salesman and, based on his advice, I ordered the large. It was the right choice. Although it is not snug, I added an insert from one of my bike helmets in the liner and it is now very comfortable. I suspect the medium would have been too tight with no way to make it larger.

When I purchased that hat I was expecting to get an olive green color; however, the color is more of a dark brown.

Too small and looked almost brown rather than Olive.

I usually would rate higher. Sunday Afternoons would fix my problem, i just tried and don't want to send back. One side of hat has no indentation, the other side does so it looks funny.

I am grateful that Zappos have hats and accept returns. I used to go to hat stores and try them on, but theses places are so rare these days or they are drastically over priced for not great quality and have hardly any variety in sizes. One size CERTAILY DOES NOT FIT ALL. This is a great looking hat, and of great quality, but the color did not work for me.
