I usually wear a size 7 in sandals but with Dansko always order a size 38 (size 7.5/8) and they always fit perfectly. I have problem feet with arthritis and severe bunions and usually require a wide or extra wide shoe. However, with the adjustable straps this sandal accommodates my bunions without causing discomfort. They also minimize the appearance of my bunions, making them not so noticeable which is a huge plus. These shoes fit well, are comfortable and look nice with a dress, slacks or jeans. I recommend these for problem feet.

While I personally liked this color tan a lot - there's just something about how the diagonal strap fit - not snugly, gapped at the inside of the foot. I always appreciate a Dansko style with flexible closures that allow for a narrower foot but afraid this one has to go back.

Cute and practical sandal with nice arch support

These feel like walking on a cloud! I love the comfort and the fact that the velcro straps make them adjustable. In terms of the design, I'd prefer it if they were a tad taller . The low heel on these might be part of why they are so comfortable, but if they had a bit more height they would be dressier. These are somewhat like the "Season" style (which I also own) but unlike those, these have matching black leather and black heel, which makes for a sleeker overall look.

Fit and size were like all my other "S" Dansko sandals. I returned these Sharla sandals because the Tan color was NOT AT ALL like what was pictured on the website. The color was very light; in fact, the exact same color as a Dansko Season I already have in Sand. Who's to blame? Dansko, as they advertised the color wrong.

They are super comfortable and supportive. I feel like they are not quite long enough but I don't have any overhang.

Very happy i gave these a try. The leather is soft and supple like the Sophie, and fit very much like the Sophie, too (have at least 5 pairs). And like the Sophie, the adjustable straps make all the difference for my slightly wide feet with high arches and insteps. i was looking for more support for long walks with the Sharla and they are indeed noticeably more stable and supportive with the heel strap. Got same size as most of my other Danskos and Sanitas. I chose the “Tan” and color is exactly as represented on phone app and laptop, essentially a light neutral brown (and i just put black ones in my cart. hope they come up w dif colors soon.) The cons: im not a fan of the velcro, it looks slightly orthopedic in pic, but shoes are cuter on. maybe not as cute as Sophie but worth it for extra stability. i really like the style of the diagonal strap, it’s comfy and i had no gaping as reported by another reviewer. Id rate the style as a 3.5, but is growing on me more and more. I do worry that the velcro will give out long before the rest of the shoe does. We’ll see. Once you get the strap fit right, they are easy to slip on and off, and they got more comfy after a day of wear, but honestly were ok right outta the box. ps one last thing - the velcro on upper strap near ankle started wearing on my skin, so i took an emery board and very carefully and lightly buffed that spot on edge of the velcro, being careful not to touch the leather. took about 15 seconds and totally solved problem. These look nice with everything, great summer sandals for those who like comfort, good arch support and stability.

Extremely disappointed in this shoe. I have worn Danskos for many many years, always size 37. I love the Sausalito line....but, these had to go back as my big toes hung over the end of the shoe. I love the look of this shoe, sad to send back:(

The fit is comfortable and they are easily adjustable.

Dansko makes the most comfortable shoes and these are so attractive too. I love the look, and was happy with the color which is lighter and prettier than in the photo.

These are the most comfortable shoes ever.I love that there is velcro straps makes it easy on and off. My feet never get tired in them.

The shoe is attractive and I love the color. The diagonal strap doesn't hold my foot in place very well. It's not a great shoe because of the diagonal strap issue but it was on sale so I will keep it.

I always buy a size 39 in Dansko's. And this was too small in length.

I loved the look of this shoe. Great arch support and heal height. I had to return sadly because it didn’t work for my trouble foot. The arch hit in the wrong area.

Unfortunately, these dansko shoes did not work for me. I have a bad bunion on my R foot and this didn't accomadate my foot as I had hoped. Also personally, I felt the heel was too tall for me. I don't think I evaluated the show well when I saw it on Zappo's site.

Stylish but runs a touch small. I miss the criss cross style dansko sandals of the past but these are good

Overall, this is a pretty comfortable and supportive shoe. I appreciated the adjustable straps which allowed for a better fit. I think they would be good if you need to stand a lot and need something with good support. I did find the very solid footbed to be a bit clunky when walking, and I think that would ultimately become uncomfortable. They do look a bit orthopaedic.

I'm irritated with how Zappos describes the sizing on this shoe as "11.5-12"; this is not accurate. I am a pretty consistent 11, and this was about a half-inch too short. I go between a 42 and 43 in Dansko--just list the European size! I ordered it thinking it was a 43--it's not; it's a 42, and Dansko is short on a 42 for me, so I always size up. It's a lovely shoe--I wish I could keep it. And I hope Zappos stocks more Dansko 43 sandals next year (hint, hint). Thankfully, Zappos liberal return policy and excellent customer service keep me coming back!
