My feet are what is clinically known as "jacked up." No arch, wide at the toes and narrow at the heel; basically, flippers. I get plantar fasciitis pain if I'm standing for too long, and now I'm developing bunions. I've always had to choose comfort over style with my footwear, but these days it's non-negotiable. So I had rather mediocre expectations for these shoes (size 6.5 W), but they not only met them, they zoomed past them, flying into the stratosphere and gliding on wings of happiness! Every comfort factor has been addressed: ALL the straps are padded on the inside, so nothing rubs; there's a touch of arch support; and incredible heel padding. It's a rare pair of shoes that don't cause my fasciitis to flare up after several hours, but I wore these beauties for an entire day with NO pain. I kept wearing them until I went to bed because my feet felt so good I didn't want to take them off! Let me tell you, that NEVER happens. And they're actually cute! I mean, I'll never be able to wear super-fashionable platform heels unless the devil takes me up on that offer of my soul, but I don't feel I had to settle for less with these sandals. The heel height is enough to give me a bit of a boost and look special, though I wouldn't recommend them for very dressy occasions. Now if you're like me, you read reviews to try to get a sense of exactly how items will fit *on you* before you spend time and money just to be disappointed because forty reviewers said "they fit great", "they look nice", "I like them." So here's some specifics: I often have trouble with straps & closures on designs that fit high on the foot; they usually rub or end up fitting weirdly. These sandals just... fit. The closure strap hits below my ankle, and are well-padded so there's no rubbing. My feet are widest at the joint where my toes meet my sole. Perversely, this is often where shoes start to narrow, making it difficult to get a comfortable fit, even in Wide shoes. These sandals (which are Wide) don't pinch, and the placement of the (padded!) straps means there is very little of a gap for my feet to hang out of. I feel supported, not hog-tied. Although the arch support is small, the heel padding takes up the slack comfort-wise, and the angle of the shoe keeps me from sliding forward and aggravating those @%#&$ bunions. Overall, these sandals are so gosh-darned comfy and cute, I'm seriously considering getting another pair in a different color, because I might just be wearing them most of the summer! If you have large, wide feet, then this is not the shoe for you. They are cute as pictured but size 12 felt really small and awkward to try on. The strap couldn't even go over my foot to meet the loop.

These are great shoes. They are stylish and comfortable. I wore them all day the first time wearing. They are true to size and width. I really like the rose color because it is flattering and very neutral.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have purchased so far....I have bunions and a very small foot and these are like wearing slippers almost. Thank you Clarks and Zappos!

This sandal felt true to size and is extremely comfortable. It is now my go-to shoe. I wish they came in brown.

I wear a 9 and rarely need a 9W, but this definitely felt very narrow so I had to return my 9B even though everything else about this shoe was excellent. Err on the side of caution of buying wider.

These pink sandals are better than they look online. The pink is light enough to go with my pink purse, but also light enough to be a nude neutral. Win, win. Very comfortable as well.

Unfortunately, I will be returning these. Although I have narrow feet, I have never had to order sandals in a narrow width, as the standard/medium width has always fit me perfectly, including another pair of Clark sandals. Not so with this (Jillian Quartz) style of sandals; the straps across the top of my foot left humongous gaps; did not look nice or fit properly at all. The look reminded me of a small child trying to wear their parents shoes. The length was accurate, just not the extended length of the straps. I wish this style came in a narrow width, because I would definitely order them to see if the straps would fit better.

I got these sandals for a vacation that will involve a lot of walking, and these will be perfect -- adding padding to the heels makes a huge difference to overall comfort. I've worn them around the house and they're extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my husband and daughter agree that they're frumpy and better suited to a much older lady (maybe it's the velcro strap). I don't care, I'm keeping them!

Shoes are attractive and very comfortable.

These shoes are the perfect blend of dowdy and cool. They're conservative sandals, but they're gold. Gold, but athletic sole. Really comfortable. They will also look cool with socks in the cooler weather.

I wish these came in 5 wide! I bought a size 6 wide (I normally wear a women's 5 wide, my feet are 8.5" long, 3.75" wide) and the width was good, but they were very long. The elastic strap was a bit too long once tightened. Otherwise very cute and comfortable.

Very comfortable. Not to high of a platform, which is great. I broke my foot a few months ago and these shoes don’t hurt. Win!

I am very pleased with these sandals! I always like to wait until I have worn the shoes to write an accurate review. I will say these are comfortable, attractive shoes that I feel I can wear with any outfit.... I wear a 9.5 wide and find that Clarks fit my foot well. I only buy my shoes on Zappos now because they have the most convenient shopping with the most selection I have ever experienced. Thank You Clarks & Thank You Zappos for keeping my feet in attractive well made shoes!!!!!

Really like these sandals, the width is perfect for my wide foot! I ordered my usual 9.5 W & found the fit to be perfect! The color is darker than I expected, but it goes with everything. I have bad neuropathy & these shoes feel as good as I could expect.....the wedge heel feels good. This shoe is a winner for me!!

The shoes were very comfortable from the start. The fit was true to size.

I put these shoes on when they arrived and wore them all day. They are a dream for my feet with the cushioned straps and the cushy soles. I have a very high arch and I was afraid the straps would be too tight but they were perfect. I also have small feet: often a size five in sandals, but these fit true- to-size in my usual 5.5. I highly recommend them!

Cute and quite comfortable.

I LOVE these sandals, except the straps near my toes hit my pinky toe in such a way that it started to dig just walking around my bedroom...I imagine a day in these would end in a bloody mess. Otherwise they are lovely, providing they hit your toes in the right places.

Sandals are soft and great. It is a keeper.

These shoes are very cute and fit me perfectly. I have narrow feet and skinny ankles so it often. is difficult to find cute sandals that fit properly. These are perfect. The straps don't cut into my foot and the footbed is soft too. Support is moderate but not as good as other brand sandals I own.
