I really loved the saddle brown color of this bag. It’s beautiful. But once I tried it on I felt like the overall style of the bag was just a bit too boring and plain. For the price, it lacked elegance and sophistication. It also didn’t feel like a rich leather bag - it’s a super thin, matte (very little sheen to it) leather that will scratch easily. But it was very light weight and comfortable to wear. Just didn’t work my personal style.

I received my Coach Rambler handbag yesterday. It is a beautiful vintage style handbag, and fits more inside it than may be imagined. I would say that it is a handbag for all seasons, and will certainly go with most of my outfits. The only thing negative that I could say about it, is that it came with care instructions which were written in Chinese. I would therefore request that an English version of these instructions be sent to me. I do however highly recommend this handbag, which I would say you can buy with total confidence of getting top quality in both design and craftsmanship.

I absolutely LOVE this bag! The saddle color is very vintage with some burnishment on it..perfect! The size of this bag is just what I was looking for, not too big, not too small & holds alot! I plan on ordering the black one too!

Well made. The brown color was burnished. Lighter in middle and darker on edge. A little more rustic and used looking than I was going for. Good size though.

This is the replacement bag for a damaged bag I got, which was the wrong color as well. I’m very pleased with the efforts Zappos made to rectify their mistake. It’s true that their service team is the best I’ve ever dealt with. So mistakes do happen, I guess it was just my turn on the cosmic wheel, but Zappos made it all good in the end. I will be ordering from them again.

Bag was blue, not black, partially unwrapped (I suspect a return) and had a significant knife cut on the strap. Zappos was excellent in processing a return and my refund but this bag should never have been put back in inventory, especially saying it was black when it was clearly blue. Have dithered about trying again and decided to give this company one more chance since my first two experiences were good. I await my hopefully new and perfect second bag.
