I work on the North slope and when we order the expectation is that the sizes be true or at the very least the same. However, I have bought 6 pairs and none of them were the same size. I had to get 3 of them tailored and they still are big. I also have to get pockets sewn on to the legs due to I have to carry tools through out the day. I love the comfort of the pants and that they are mid-rise rather than high waisted. But with all the bending and movement I do daily the seat area wears through quickly. 4 of my 6 pair require patching. Few recommendations: add utility pockets like the mens work pants; and re-enforce the seat area of the pants or try a different material. I hear from my male co-workers that they have the same issue with the seat area of their pants. But I am thankful that Ariat took a step forward in making FR for woman.

So, I wrote a review before. Returned them for a 30s. Still slightly big but not overly. Not as comfortable as the others. This one kind of feels like you’re in a flexible layer of cardboard pants. But if you’re fine with that feeling by all means. But I’m slim around 130lbs so if you have a slim figure get 30s or if you believe you can fit smaller you can try smaller.

I work in scaffolding and insulation and my jeans only lasted 3 months I owned 6 pairs in 9 months and they all ripped in the same place I ended up scrapping 1 completely to try and patch them up because they are not cheap.

28l was perfect for the stacked jeans look in boots (I am normally a 30/30 or 31/30). Everything about these jeans is great from the fit to the slight amount of stretch. I ride my Harley to work everyday and the baggy mens ariat jeans were not cutting it and riding up so I decided to see if this fit would be better and not look odd on a guy. I was pleasantly surprised. If you typically wear a slim fit wrangler or levis slim boot these are the same fit with good pockets. We will see about durability.

Fit is good, a little tight at first but relaxes. To get them tight again, pop em in the dryer. No chaffing from the jeans so far, and it's been 2 months.

Soft and has some stretch. I used the Ariat website to get better idea on sizing and I'm glad I did. 34 =46in hip ~size 18. Their easy to move and bend in. The only thing I dont care for is the flare legs.

Yes these are stiffer jeans than we women are used to, however they still fit good. A little loose in the thigh area and a little long, even with ordering the short length. I usually wear a 14S in jeans and I ordered a 32S since these are men's sizes. They fit in the waist. After the first wash the length did go up a little bit.

Very comfortable! Great price and excellent customer service. Love all my Ariat clothing. These jeans fit great and are flexible for moving around.

I find myself grabbing my work jeans for everyday jeans.

These have been great fitting. Most women FRs are super small, especially in the butt & thighs. I don't have a huge buut & thighs but its a lil meaty. These jeans are great and have some/lil bit of comfortable stretch. I am 5'10 and abt 275, and these fit me pretty good. Lil expensive so I am hoping they last awhile.

These jeans are insanely comfortable! They're form fitting while breathable and I don't feel like they're about to tear when I'm taking care of stuff on the farm.

They dont fade! They are long lasting! And let's not forget comfortable! They can be dresses up or down and have great movability. The length was nice, not too long. The quality without paying an arm and leg! Great pants for anyone! Best jeans I've bought. You won't regret getting these that's for sure. True to size, depending on where you buy them (I bought on website) the exchange process was smooth and easy!

Because they are an awesome pair of jeans sell them based on experience! ( and I'm hard on jeans ) The length on the XL I never have to worry about my pants being too short! Thank you for the awesome design! Every day I wear a pair of these or the straight leg and I absolutely love the work farm and steppin out I absolutely love these jeans! My sides or back do not show because the fit is absolutely on point. I appreciate the craftsmanship and the value I get makes me come back for another pair!

These jeans are comfortable to spend the entire day in. These jeans hold up to extreme work places. I haven't found a place these jeans haven't been useful in.

This is a great looking jean! I only ever buy boot cut jeans. Throughout my search for an FR boot cut jean, I realize that very few brands have make such a style. Ariat's boot cuts look good on my caboose-and I have a flat posterior! I want to do my job and look good doing it. These jeans pull that off!

I love the fit and the size. The feel of the material is nice and thick for an everyday work shirt. It's also extremely flattering on the body. I am super loving these Ariat shirts. I have a few black in color but I've bought more navy colored ones because the dye doesn't fade with a hot water wash.

So, I got 34 in three different pants and have to return all them. This one was still a little big on my waist but it was closer thank the others but issue was if I was around 5’10 and not 5’4 and over 132lbs it would fit. But I’m short and thin. So with the waist they fell right off. There was not a chance the waist would fit and was a few inches too long

These are really sturdy jeans. I didn't realize they were FR when I ordered them, so they weren't what I was looking for (heavy), but for people looking for some quality work jeans, check these out.

I bought these a few weeks ago and I love them. They fit just like regular jeans. These are top of the line compared to other FR jeans made by other companies. I will only buy this brand.

I bought my ariat jeans at a safety store and absolutely love them. As long as I've worked in the oil field, I've never found a flattering pair of fr jeans, but these come as close as it gets. And I also bought 4 of the western style button up shirts and the jeans look perfect with them. The only thing I would change with the jeans is having them a little skinner at the knee region so it shows a little more shape. I work hard everyday, and believe in looking professional, well put together, and feeling beautiful in my clothes. I recommend ariat to all the women I meet in the field. Thank you ariat for making monumental strides in the worlds of women working in the oil field.

I have purchased about eight different brands and many styles of each brand but I am a boot cut long legged jeans kind of gal. Only washed once so far but they definitely have the best look of what is on the market for Women's FR gear and they allow you to "bend over with integrity" unlike many of the FR jeans that are available. I really absolutely LOVE the Ariat line for Women and I hope that they expand their line of offerings as I will be purchasing more of these jeans over time.
