Took this sleeping bag on a camping trip in the Okefenokee Swamp in late December 2023. The nights were around 40 degrees so fairly chilly and this sleeping bag kept me and my sister very warm and comfortable through the night! Perfect for cooler weather. I can't wait to try it out in warmer weather too!

Love. Love. Love. We have used it for the desert in CA, rainy day in Oregon. We camp in a tent. oh an a boat deck in WA. It's not too bulky and it keeps us warm. I love the flexibility of having a sleeping bag with different temperatures layers. I will say that depending on where you put your sleeping bag like if it's really cold and you have an air mattress you can heel a little of the cold air on the bottom. But if you have a padded or another warm layer it's fine.

Easy to launder, easy to separate and re-zip the pieces, very comfortable, perfect large sleeping bag with plenty of leg room. I love that you can fold over the top layer to just one side if two sleepers want different weights/temperatures. Certainly not for backpacking, but not overly bulky or heavy at all for what it is. Exactly what I wanted.

We are not campersYET! This sleeping bag may change that! We bought this to sleep in the back of the Jeep so we could go on Mtn Bike trips but we haven't had a chance to use it that way yet. So far, we've used it in a trailer at 30 degrees and in a cooler home at 55 degrees. This bag kept us at just the right temp! It's 3 bags in one so we could use the whole thing for the colder temps and take a layer off for warmer. So easy and comfortable, even my husband loves it!

Great Sleeping bag that has a wide range for sleeping comfort levels. Great fill for the core of the sleeping bag. Only downside is that it did not come with a loose bag for storage. Wish it had one like my other TNF sleeping bags.

I bought two of these Dolomite One bags for our camper van. We love them! So far we have used them in
cold weather and we stayed toasty warm. When the warm weather comes, instead of taking the top two bags off, we will just flip them over for extra padding underneath. I don't backpack, so I can't really say, but I'm not sure these would be appropriate because they are a bit heavy. For camping they sure are great! An added bonus is that they stuff back into their sacks easily. I can't think of a single negative.

Bought the regular length bag and I'm 5'4, covers up past my head if I wanted it to. The sleeping bag is very warm and spacious for two. Used all of the layers of the sleeping bag with a sleeping pad rated at 4.3 r value in low 40 degree weather and it was warm all night. I didn't get too hot at any point even with sharing the bag with another person. I'd like to try it out in even colder temperatures. Best feature is you can unzip all of the layers and create 3 individual single sleeping bags even though the layers are different thicknesses and warmth levels. You can still utilize it as 3 separate sleeping bags for 3 people.

While we haven't had the opportunity to use the double sleeping system yet, I am confident that we will love it. The ability to make the bag warmer or cooler is revolutionary and leave it to The North Face to come up with this idea! We bought this bag based on the incredibly positive reviews of others, so I am sure we will love it just as much!

My wife and I have been on the hunt for a double sleeping bag. This bag is amazing with its different layers. I love how you can unzip layers in warmer weather or even separate the layers to make them into an individual sleeping bag. This is a great bag for those who like to share the warmth without feeling like you are in a can of sardines.

Used it for multiple family cat camping trips Over the past 2 years in the 40-50 degree night range. What's great about this bag is that you can take off the extra layer and use as a separate blanket/sleeping bag. Not sure if each layer can zip to make a bag but I used one of the top layers as it's own bag while other members of the family used the main bag and other layer to double up together.
My main complaint is that it's a little bulky in the sack that's included. I'm looking into a compression sack to fit it into and pack down.

Good quality product. Great for car camping with kids. Very warm and easy to put into stuff sack. The option to customize warmth is also a great feature.
