Love this raincoat more than I expected to! I'm 5'3 110 lbs 32A chest and the xsmall was perfect with enough room to wear thick sweaters. The small would've been too baggy. I tested how waterproof it is by putting the sleeve under a running faucet and the water just slides off and the fabric is completely dry! But the jacket isn't rubbery, it feels nicer.

This rain coat took me from foggy San Francisco to a rainy hike in Muir Woods to the windy ferry ride back ..all warm and dry.

Came to North Face looking for a quality and sustainable rain jacket that would also be long enough to cover my buy while surviving Seattle. I think for the price and quality, compared to other brands, that this is worth it! It fits well (5'6" ~130 lb) and still has some give to layer a sweater for colder rain.

Love it. Everything about it. Color, fit, weight, awesome. Even the sleeves are long enough and I'm 5' 10".

I wanted a raincoat that was light so I could put warmer clothes under it, but not feel like I was weighted down. This is perfect. It's roomy and stylish and above all, waterproof. I've had many "raincoats" that aren't waterproof, but this one is totally waterproof and keeps me dry. I love the length and style of it as well as the color. I often buy black, so this was out of my comfort zone. The color is awesome and a nice change from black. I also like that I can adjust the sleeves to keep the water out and that it is long enough to keep most of me dry. As in all Northface products, the hood covers my head completely so I don't need an umbrella. This is an awesome find!

Not waterproof. I work outside in pouring rain all day long in Hawaii so breathability and watertight are important. When I received this I did a quick test of the sleeve under the facet and it immediately absorbed water. See my pic. Also the sage green color was like a dull grey day. Very drab.

Very disappointed in this jacket quality. From the beginning I found it barely waterproof, would seep through the jacket after being out in moderate rain for a brief period of time. Within 6 months the jacket is no longer wearable (wore less than 15 times) because there are holes starting to form and it has begun pilling at multiple spots. I would definitely not recommend this product, very disappointing for a "reputable" brand.

This jacket is great for everyday winter wear. It's durable and very water proof, and I love the length for keeping water from soaking into your pants. The shape is very flattering with the cinched back. The hood is large enough to cover your face and then some. I do wish the hood and waist had draw strings, to tighten things up when needed, but that's a minor issues purely based on personal preference. The coat looks very sharp, and I love the Flax color!

This raincoat has served me well in the downpours that CA has been having recently. It's quite waterproof (although I noticed the cuffs and top of the pocket got oddly drenched during one storm) and it's cute to boot! My major complaint is that all 4 of the hand pockets are CRAZY small. I can barely fit a big phone and my hand doesn't really fit in the angled pockets. The sizing on the jacket is also quite loose. I am almost always a medium and that's what I ordered first but I was swimming in it. I ended up with a small and it's working well. Love the color!

Love, love, love this jacket!!! I purchased the XL because I gained some weight during Covid and needed a larger fit. The XXL was way too big but kudos to North Face for making an XXL, a very unreserved market!! The jacket fits perfectly. I am 5'7 and now sadly over 200lbs. I am working hard on losing it. I can wear a fleece underneath. What I love about the jacket is that it is slightly fitted, has slash pockets w zipper, has a nice hood and is waterproof. I can attest that it protects from hard rain. Also, it isn't crunchy waterproof and instead is soft. It rolls up nicely into its hood for packing. This is definitely another winner from North Face!!!!

I loved this parka so much that I'm going to try it in another color! I'm a 5'6" 130lb and slender body type and the S fits perfectly! I love how it has a minimalist modern look to it.

I've been searching for a new rainshell & finally found this. It's more stylish than the usual short rain jackets, so it looks great dressed for the office. Also great for outside adventure, but I wouldn't use it for longer hikes (no pit zips, less tech than others). The fabric is soft and quiet- not noisy or plasticy. The lining is soft too- slips right on over layers. And it's warm- perfect for Seattle climate.

First off, I love the color of this raincoat. It makes it easier to pair with almost any outfit, looking making me look out together. I had the opportunity to use it yesterday (as it rained all day), and I am more than satisfied. I am a college student, go had to walk around campus in order to get to her classes, all under the rain -- and this raincoat proved to be worth the purchases. Did not get wet at all (where the raincoat covered me of course), and it was not dripping when I got to my dorm! Totally love it, and recommend you to purchase it if you are on the fence. Yes, it may be pricier than others, but think of it as an investment!

I LOVE THIS JACKET. It is lightweight, yet "warm" (I always layer my clothing) because it protects against the wind and NY/Long Island weather is always unpredictable! And lately in 2024 it's been hitting temperatures in the 30's and even as low as 20F and it's been raining. Heavily. I had to touch my sleeve a couple of times to ensure that I'm still dry which to my delight I was. The only issue (personally for me I don't mind it) is that the sleeves were long on me. I am 5'1 and sort of have short arms and legs so this jacket went past my knees just barely touching my shins. But what really sold me on this is the pockets and how adjustable this jacket it, from the double zippers, all the roomy pockets AND adjustable hood.

This was a splurge and I am not disappointed! I absolutely love it - fit, style, material, weight, everything! I can't wait for it to rain!!! I especially love the length - took a long walk in the rain a couple days ago and my upper body was dry but I was soaked from the hips on down. The only thing I would suggest to make this coat better would be a little less velcro. However, I might change my mind if I'm out in some more severe weather.

Very happy with this coat. I took a vacation to that UK and it poured this summer. I had this coat with me the whole time. Didn’t think I would need it so much but so happy I had to. It is good quality

Love my new coat. I'm a xs/s and I always order xs in North face coats. Glad I did with this one. Fits nice. I'm 5 3 and 126 lbs. It's my go to coat for casual or active and even a little dressy!

My wife is LOVING her jacket. We live in the UK now and obviously need a good waterproof parka. The back side drop cut is perfect for riding our bikes all over town and not getting her clothes underneath dirty and wet. The color is really nice as well. All in all, great buy and would recommend in a heartbeat.
