I've been a size 10 for my entire adult life. My feet fit into the shoes just fine. But I'm a delivery driver for amazon, and i walk and jump in and out of my van all day long. 140 stops a day on average. I wore these for my shift because amazon gave us $100 to get a pair of work shoes. I guess i just assumed they would pick shoes that were comfortable and would actually be good to work in. I couldn't walk the next day. 3 toes on my left foot were stuck together with blood and i had to peel my socks off after soaking in warm water for a half hour. i have blisters the size of a half dollar on both my ankles and both my heels. Amazon must be just dumping the shittiest shoes off on their workers and then claiming it as some charity tax write off bullshit, because these are the worst fucking shoes i've ever owned in my life. I threw them in the trash and went back to my 4 year old DC's. I had to take a day off of work because i could not walk because of the shoes work gave me. It's really surprising to me, because 5.11 usually makes good clothing. Extremely disappointed. I like the style though. But i'd rather go bare foot.

Size was true for me. The shoe may fit a little narrow for others though.

I just finished a full day of delivering for Amazon with these after a day or two of wearing them around as just normal shoes and they worked great! You definitely want to give both the shows and your feet a little bit of adjustment time first, the shoes will stretch a little bit to the shape of your feet so they fit well. They look pretty cool and the material seems durable. I stepped in a puddle and my feet stayed dry so they seem water-resistant at least. I’m happy with them!

These shoes fit perfectly the first time I tried them on. The toe area seemed semi narrow at first but after walking in the shoes awhile that wasn't an issue at all. The transition from my old broke in DC's versus the new 5.11's was all I was feeling honestly. I went for a walk on a concrete walking track and the shoes never roughed up my feet in any spot. Usually one of my ankles rubs on the outside with a new pair of shoes but that wasn't the case at all. The soles are by Vibraam and they make the best soles on any shoe I've ever worn. They protected my feet from a few rocks as I walked on uneven surfaces which was a nice change from my old DC's. I'd wear these beauties to work but I've no doubt they'd get soiled in a week or two so they will be my "outing" shoe.. heh..

AS soon saw them I felt in love, a little heavier than the rest of my shoes, but nothing wow with that. True to size, beautiful TAN color and if you get it for work you really want it to go out at night

These are the most stylish safety shoes! They remind of Chucks but more comfortable, I like that I can wear them at work and at not work functions if need be!

I have pretty narrow feet but these felt tight around the toe box. Felt too rigid to try breaking them in.

Much like a Converse shoe, you'll find that this sneaker bottlenecks at the toes. It's not very bad, but also not super comfortable. The arch support is mediocre, but then again, I have very high arches. They look cool, have great grip, and I can wear them at work or at home. My biggest complaint is that they hurt the heel of my foot/achilles tendon so badly as they rub and chafe until the skin is gone. I alleviated some of this by wearing higher socks and buying heel lifts to move the back of the shoe off of my tendon. It helped tremendously. I will likely let the chafing heal and put some beeswax on the ankle of the shoe, which will solve it. High tops always tend to hurt my ankle. Oh, and these are "safety shoes" as the toe is robust, but these are NOT OSHA safe. There is no steel/composite toe and no defined heel. I was assuming these were composite toe when I bought them, but they're just rugged.

Back of the neck rubs my ankle ? not good for walking all day

I liked the style of the shoe. It’s well made and it fit pretty well. It rubbed at the ankle and was much heavier than I anticipated. Don’t think it would work well on a delivery route.

I got for my free shoes through Amazon I’m a delivery driver. I got they because I wanted something that looked a little more stylish however these are very stiff and super tight in my ankles. Getting in and out of the van and walking woukd make it hard to have flexibility. Very stiff so I’m returning I wouldn’t recommend unless you like the feeling of being unable to bend your ankles at all. They are nice however upon just the few minutes they also rub the back of my ankles when I walk even when I put higher socks on.

Looked great, but didn't fit. Wanted to replace with larger size, but also narrow and doesn't offer wide sizes.

Ordered a 10.5 - this size fits me with some big toe length margin to spare on all manufacturers I have tried. These shoes smashed my big toe against the edge. I had to check and confirm it wasn't a 9.5.

I really love how the shoe looks and fees from the outside. Looks and feels like a walking shoe, but durable like a work boot. The soles are magnificent and comfortable, like walking on a cloud. The problem with the fit was the height of the boot. It was about 1/2 an inch too tall and was putting pressure just above my ankle. It was also harder to get my foot in the shoe.

Was too narrow. Other than that they were great.

I love the look/style, but the width is a bit narrow on me. I'm sure they'll break-in with wear, so I am keeping them. :-)
