Comfortable to wear and very versatile. I wore these shoes while wintering on the boat in Florida and they served me well. The easy slip on shoe became unusable as the elastic shoelaces aged. As they aged the shoe became quite loose and unwearable even though the soles and the rest of the shoes were in good shape. The laces are not renewable and thus the shoes were discarded. The life was 1 season.

I wear these shoes every day. With my custom insoles in place of the removable insoles that come with the shoes, they're very comfortable, they look great, and they're great for walking and casual wear. The first pair I bought lasted three years, versus five or six for quality sneakers, so they're not the most durable shoe. I also don't care for the collapsible heel, so I just don't use that feature. I also wish the laces could be removed for cleaning. (Washing them in water causes the uppers color to bleed into the white laces.) Finally, I normally take a men's size 10, but have to order these in 9.5.

The fit was a bit loose, just not a 1/2 size smaller. I was expecting a different style of shoe with a traditional heel support that allowed a step in approach and the back part of the shoe snapped up to a more traditional wear.
