I received these shoes today and they’re absolutely perfect. They are true to size for Dr. Martens, so slightly larger and wider than most other brands. The box included a little bow and a second set of laces. This style is completely sold out at drmartens.com so I am very happy that I was able to find them at Zappos.

I Love this new Sanrio collaboration!! These shoes are so cute, comfy and Dan be worn with casual outfits or with something a littler dressier (I.e. top and slacks). These run a little big for my narrow feet. Am very pleased with Zappos amazing customer service. I first bought too big a size (since no half sizes) and they were fast to help with exchange! Very happy with shoes and service! Thank you!!

Oooh! They are very cute and fun. I'm a 7M with a wide-ish foot and these fit well. The smallest size fits my daughter, who likes them with the pink laces.

I'm size 10 US, I had to order size 8 on Dr. Martens 1461 Hello Kitty & friends. It fits perfect.

This was for my wife. She loves Sanrio, so she jumped at the chance to purchase it. She's a size 6 1/2. The 1st pair she ordered was a size 6 US/4 UK. It felt tight and narrow, so she ordered another size 7 US/5 UK but this one was too big on her. She is keeping the 6 US/4 UK and returning the larger size. She will send it to a cobbler to have it stretched a bit.

I usually wear a 9. Any shoe, size 9. I hadn’t had Dr’s in years and forgot they run big. I exchanged for a size down to a 8 and there still big but tight across the top so a size 7, I know wouldn’t work. Not comfortable at all, too stiff, I know you need to “break in” Dr’s but there so stiff, the tongue of the shoe rubbed so bad, and overall not worth the money!
