I wasn't planning to buy this shoe at all at first, but I won a race that was sponsored by them and I got a pair of these as a reward, and after using them for four months, I buying the exact same shoe. It's the best shoe I ever ran with. So comfortable and light. They're also very stylish. Overall, this is the best shoe I ever wore. Definitely going to buy more from Hoka!

This shoe is fantastic! In training for my first marathon, I soon realized that I needed to invest in better shoes for my long runs due to my chronic knee issues and Achilles tendonitis that developed with my other shoes. I tried the carbon x2 in store and found them too stiff for my liking. I tried the Clifton 8 but they were way to big- especially in the toe box/wide for my medium to narrow feet though the cushioning was nice. Clifton's actually gave me blisters after a 20 min run because my feet were sliding all over the place. The Rocket X fit perfectly and has a cushioned yet responsive ride that is great for longer distances. My feet are in love. I did a 12 mi run in them today and they felt wonderful! So light yet supportive. They are best for road racing. Mild slippage on gravel/dirt. Can't recommend them highly enough! You won't be disappointed.

I want to wear them all day. They are super comfy but also more aesthetically designed than previous HOKA models I have had.

I have only logged 2 runs in these so far. One long and one track workout. I have been a huge fan of Hoka for quite some time and I am sure these shoes will be no different. I will most likely be using these for my next Marathon where I hope to qualify for Chicago.

I wear this sneakers to work every day. So light and easy on the feet. Great for walking as I am not a runner.

didnt think shoes mattered much till i ran my first full marathon for my second one i decided to go for a 300 dollar shoe from a company with a big check mark .the shoes collapsed around 20 miles spraining my ankle and completed marathon limping went with rocket x for my third marathon and i was amazed - didn't have to tie my laces in between even once -offered ample support -completed marathon sore but with no ankle pains or sprains - excellent quality for the price paid

I have only ran in the shoes a few times but they feel and fit good so far.

I used my first pair of Rocket X for every type of run. With my second pair I have decided to use them strictly for racing at any distance. My only complaint is that I find the laces to be just a little too long.

Got this shoe to race in. Tried it in training and was amazed at how comfortable it is! This is my new "go to shoe"! I'm going to buy another pair, or two, as soon as possible.

I absolutely love the comfort and style of this specific shoe. Major difference than my normal Nike or Adidas purchases. Will buy again!
