I love these sandals. Wanted something different from my regular two strap Birkenstock that were just as comfortable & I found them. I’m an 8 1/2 regular width & ordered a 39.

These are gorgeous; but they arrived dirty and worn, with a spill on them, imprints from someone else's toes, and scuffs on the leather.

I would typically say I have a wider foot but these fit perfectly despite being “narrow”. Super cute, comfy, and very true to size. Happy with these cute summery sandals !

I fell in love with these shoes on another site. So of course I went to Zappos to see if they had them. They did! And cheaper! I ordered my usual size (8/39). But returned them because they were too long and too wide and ordered the next size down, Hoping they’d be narrower as well as shorter. They are! It’s been a wile since I wore Birkenstock’s and they are better than ever. I love the contoured footbed.

I first ordered a 38..my *normal* size...too big! Ordered a 37...perfection! Love these shoes ..is like being barefoot

They are cute but I’m on the fence. I love the color and the fact that they are very lightweight, but they are a little wider than I thought they would be. I think they fit true to size as I wear a 7.5 and ordered the 38. There is moderate arch support, they are comfortable, and a little dressier than the regular Birkenstock.

This is a pair of cute sandals. However the left sandal appears to have either been repaired, has a “wet” spot. The straps are so short. Since my right foot is slightly bigger than my left foot, I can only close the strap at the 1st hole with difficulty. The footbed does not have the deep heel contour like the Birkenstock sandals that I have. This is by Papillio. The material of the footbed is also slippery. That’s why I have to return this cute sandals.

I'm so glad I didn't listen to other reviewers and got my regular size 38 (7/7.5). I was prepared to send these back right when they arrived and exchange for a 37, but nope. I'm in love. I'm not a huge fan of ankle straps but in this case, the strap holds the sandal in place, no sliding around. I got the Sandcastle color and it's a lovely neutral I can wear with anything. Although these are technically "narrow" and I do have a wide foot, I find that Birkenstocks in narrow are not really narrow. The width is perfect. Anything other than "narrow" in Birkenstocks look like clown shoes on me. These are going to be great with summer dresses, skirts, skorts, shorts, capris, and they are fine with leggings and jeans too. I hope this style stays in stock forever.

Anyone looking for a simple super comfortable shoe- this is it. It has the perfect foot bed- a very comfortable heel- 1” inch platform and 2” heel- I put this shoe one and went out- it was a 90+ day and these were perfect- I might have to buy the blue pair too!

They sent me the wrong size! My order says 39 but the shoes say 40. Now I have to exchange them. But the shows themselves are cute and comfy. I gave a 4 for comfort because you have to manually buckle and unbuckle the straps, which could get old. Also thinking they might rub if you’re walking in them a lot. But overall I do really like them.

Zappos not only sent the wrong shoe but they sent the wrong size. And now they don’t have my size in stock! Get your inventory straightened out please See photos of what I ordered and what I got

I typically wear a size 8 and the 38 is slightly longer than needed but keeping since not sure if a size down would work. This does DEFINITELY not fit as narrow. I have wide-ish feet (usually wear regular width but look for styles that can accommodate a wide foot.). These are super comfortable and cute and hope they last for a while.

These are so amazingly cute AND comfortable. No breaking in time, fit to my feet and good to go. Pain free style would highly recommend!!

I was so surprised at how stiff and painful these are. I had always heard that Birkenstock's are comfortable. The box, shoes, everything are labeled Papillio so that was confusing too. I put them on and immediately took them back and returned them. They felt like walking on boards - so hard.

Great shoes all around, but I am returning because it’s too narrow for me. Zappos shipped the shoebox IN A BAG! Box arrived crushed and dirty. Imagine if this was a gift. Totally unacceptable way to treat customers paying full retail price ($130). What happened to the Zappos I knew and once loved ??

AMAZING SHOE!! Mislabeled as running narrow but I disagree. I have a wide-ish foot and these are perfect so if anything would say they run on the wide side. Super comfortable for walking long distances. I typically wear an 8 and I could have sized down in these but kept and have plenty of room in toe area. Highly recommend for around town or trips that require a lot a walking. Absolutely no break-in time needed with these for me.

Game changer!! I wear Birks regularly anyway. But I broke my ankle and I’m in a boot for 6-8 weeks. After walking 7000 steps in a regular birk and wobbling back and forth from uneven shoe heights I went searching for a platform birk. This shoe is a life saver. Certainly an investment but if I didn’t buy the shoe, I’d being paying for a chiropractor. This way, I get cute shoes instead. I wear a 6.5. Purchased the 37 Narrow and it’s a perfect fit.

All I can say is wow! Bought my reg size 6.5 which would be a size 37 and they fit perfect! Comfortable straight out of box. No Breaking them needed. Now ordering another pair in black. Got them for my trip to Greece. Wailing in comfort I’ll be.

Beautiful leather, light-weight, and nice looking, but I had trouble with the fit. I got these in a narrow width, but the straps were too loose, and the ankle strap fit uncomfortably over top of my ankle. Maybe it's just my feet, which are low volume with low ankles in addition to being a little narrow.

After reading reviews, I was skeptical about ordering these shoes but they are wonderful. I ordered my normal Birki size and they were comfortable right out of the box. Absolutely love them with dresses.

I have a very difficult time finding comfortable, well made footwear with any semblance of style and must say that I am beyond thrilled with my purchase of these sandals--love, love, LOVE them! They fall squarely in my Goldilocks zone: excellent support without being painfully stiff, cute, and very versatile (dressy or cas', depending on what you're wearing). I wore these straight out of the box, including standing up for approximately 1-2 hours straight, without any pain whatsoever and received compliments on them. Such an experience has been rare for me over the past several years following a couple of foot surgeries so I'm contemplating buying a few more pairs!

This shoe is very narrow. And also very light in color.

I like them a lot but the overall look is a little more plain than what I was expecting. At the same time, are so comfortable I will probably end up keeping them. Can tell that I could walk in them for hours out of the box and have no issues. Also tried them on with a bunch of different jeans, dresses, shorts, skirts, and they look good with everything.

Recommendation by previous reviewers to purchase size smaller was correct. For my narrow feet, the "narrow" width was still much to wide and brick-like in appearance.

The sandal looks good, just as in the picture, and well made, but the placement of the strap around the ankle is strange and it presses against my leg -- I rarely have this problem, so this must be this particular style, because the show otherwise fits without an issue. I had to return it.
